Food was ok. I really liked the thin crispy fries. Strawberry milkshake was awful. They mistakenly brought us a vanilla shake,... which was good, but we had ordered strawberry so asked for it be exchanged. Mistake. No actual strawberries there. Read more
Went to drive thru around 9 pm. First guy taking order couldn?t hear so had to repeat 6 times then he yelled you can pull around... we told him we was waiting on passenger to put cigarette out and get in truck then order wasn?t right got coffee cup size sodamilkshake had no m&ms or cool whip nothing like pictured was told nothing looks like order screen which all other steak shakesdo, order was not right and ended up with food poisoning and employees was all rude including manager we talked to about ourorder. The food was good, we had the Frisco sandwich (2 steakburger patties with cheese and special sauce grilled with sourdough toast... & the double cheese steakburger). Loved the little crispy fries but should have shared as there were so many, but thestrawberry milkshake was wasted. Definitely no actual strawberries in it. Definitely do not pay attention to tickets or anything thankfully I had a pen available due to being allergic to onions and... stated I was ordered a chili 5 way without onions explained I was allergic to them drive down took a quick bite and bam onionsthat would have been bad if I didn?t have a 400.00 pen that I had to waste because people can?t read a ticket Read more
The atmosphere was nice, and the food was phenomenal. I hadn't been to steak 'n shake in a while to dine in, but it was... definitely worth it at this location. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Definitely would go to this one again! Read more
