Out of Italian herbs and cheese bread every time we come in which is fine but then the only 2 options were white or wheat and my... white was stale and hard. Which you can get past if there?s toppings but there?s nothing. He used like half the chicken that itusually comes with and he just spread it out over the sandwich. 1 tray of chicken is not enough for a foot long. Read more

Haven?t had any problems here. Pretty good. Just your typical Subway. Do note that their layout is backwards.

If this is the Subway on Walbash in Springfield Illinois, then it was not the best experience I have had at a Subway. Ordered... on line to pick up, arrived went to drive thru, a young lady told me that on line orders had to be picked up inside, oookay, goinside, youthful employees working seemed more interested in their mobile devices than customers service. Finally when theyacknowledged that I was there for my food, proceeded to tell me they did not have my mobile order up on the computer so they didnot fulfill the order, I questioned why since my app stated that it was ready, they said the "system" was "glitchy" that day buti could reorder, ok great I reordered. Then when they were going to ring me up, I told them I had already paid through my app,they tell me since they did not get the mobile order they could not verify that I had paid, I show them my payment approval andconfirmation number on my app, still told me it didn't matter and to call customer service to charge back to my CC, I tell themI'm not doing that for a $9 footlong. This nice little back and fourth with them about payment went on for a few minutes, untilthrough sheer patients and my ability to negotiate, got my foot long black forrest ham and cheese sub and Gatorade to go withoutbeing charged twice. Two stars instead of no stars because they ended up making the sub without charging me again. Never will Igo to that particular Subway again. Read more

I am giving a two star because normally, the food at subway is good, otherwise for this particular visit I would give it a one... star. So I hadn't been to this subway for awhile and had never experienced the touch screen menu. I like it! I pulled up aboutten minutes to eight and I can see the person inside look at me out the window. I proceed to enter an order of two sandwichesand some cookies and it takes a few minutes. I get completely done and hit the complete button and as I start to pull around, Ihere her say "Sorry, we are closed". Ok, of I had known they were closing at eight, I wouldn't have stopped that close to close.But at this point it was 7:57. So number one, you have my complete order and it's not eight. Number two, you saw me at the driveup and could have said something before I sat there and went through a complete order. Won't be going back there for awhile.Went to Penn Station instead. Read more
