11/22/22 I ordered two subs one footlong pro & one 6 inch asked tht the bacon it extra crispy because I'm expecting & don't want... to get sick & bread is toasted with extra ranch on the chicken bacon ranch subs. When I received my food I headed home to openit & find not one but two soft mushy subs dry hardly any sauce rubber bacon & no extra meat on the pro just disgusting tgecheese not pulled apart in slices but big chunks oh & mayo on the bun. The lady there was wrinkled faced & rude from jump sayingshe was the only one working but I was the only one there! Previous to today 11/21/22 around 8-9 pm there was a lady workingalone had my bacon so crispy it was breaking apart ???? yum I ordered the exact same thing I ordered today & it was just heaven???? love ?? her wish I knew her name my unborn child was so happy ???? we passed out, the daddy too! Today was horrible ????it is bad enough people have it hard to make a living to shelter themselves let alone have take out so when they do get take outthey want the food as they ordered it not the way the server is feeling, I mean customers is how they get paid & we should allchoose a job that fits our character so if you have to go above & beyond sometimes its not a hard reach. To have someone bringthe food back after they already are home with it is just ridiculous ???? & no one will waste there time ever coming back tothat location even if I was crazy good one time, not me anyway! Won?t go to this location again. However, Drive up gentleman = 5 stars! It was not busy, the man working the drive up was... confirming my order and I told him thank you as he was hard to hear. Woman, maybe lead worker/manager?? thought she needed tojump in and say something smart and walk away. I got my order and asked the gentleman if I could get a couple of packets ofMayo- (I had ordered xtra for my salad) there was a pretty drizzle of Mayo which looked great but not near enough for all thelettuce. Anyway, same woman huffs and puffs (so that I could see her) puts some Mayo in a container and hands it to me. I wasable to say thank you but as I was saying I appreciate it, she cut me off, said ?YUP?, shut the window and walked away. Howrude! I?m sorry, the restaurant you work at is open for business. If you don?t like your job or don?t want to be there, then- goaway. Your bad attitude should not be shown to your paying costumers. I?m pretty sure, I paid for that xtra Mayo. (Lol) And Iordered it at the speaker. It?s not like I decided to add xtra things when I got to the window. No wonder that store isn?tbusy. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and doesn?t treat everyone like that. And hopefully she isn?t a store/crewleader. The staff is 50/50 on if they care about thier job or not. There is a decent chance your order will come out right but just a... little too uncertain. The meals are all a bit more on the expenisive side for fast food. Love subway, always did, but thislocation is not in my top 3. Read more

The crew at this Jefferson store has always been great. Wanted to thank them for working on the 4th of July. We needed... something to eat and they made sure I had exactly what I wanted and did a great job in preparing my sub. Read more

I went to this Subway but also go to other stores. I go inside because I want to see the sandwich made. My favorite is the... foot-long veggie. I get all the veggies except jalapenos, plus mayo, and 9-grain wheat bread. It's fresh, refreshing, andfilling. It really hits the spot. Read more

We went in here at 8:30pm. They already had much of the food put away. Very unfriendly staff. I asked; what time they closed &... she rudely told me, 9:15pm. The door said 9:30pm.... Well, we ordered our subs & sat there to eat. The 2 females working keptgiving my husband & I rude looks. They were putting all the food away & cleaning at 8:45pm. We were going to order another subto take home, but they have already put everything away. Very rude staff! Read more

Service is a toss-up when you go here. I know it is difficult nowadays to get good help, especially for what these owners want... to pay. Some days I get good service, others, not so much. Earlier this week I went in, was first in line, and one of the onlycustomers in the store. No other customers were in line, however, I just stood there for a couple of minutes while theamazingly large amount of employees went rushing around doing nothing to take my order. Even though it was 1pm, and the lunchrush was winding down, the drive-up seemed to be taking priority that day. Today, we had to ask them to put more spinach on thesandwich. It was like it was made of gold for as little as they put on it originally. Food is usually good but likeeverywhere, the employees need to be instructed on where the money from their paychecks comes from. Read more
