I don?t like to leave bad reviews but seriously guys I pay extra for steak and get barley any steak we have missing food drive... thru guy high as hell I go to Taco Bell all the time but this was awful paid for extra meat on my Crunchwrap to and had the sameproblem barley any meat ! I wanted to order from the website. The website was down so I went to the drive thru since it was my only option late at night.... I explained to the order taker the website was down and wanted to order just one item. I was told no. I worked in food serviceand know you can bend the rules even slightly to help a customer out. Turns out this wasn't the case tonight. Awful service withawful food hardly deserves a star. I went with a cheesy gordita crunch with black beans. The thing was mostly taco shell withhardly any toppings and the smallest amount of beans. Anywhere is better than this place when you're on a budget. Read more
I went through the Drive through tonight and ordered a number six and nachos fries box. My number six everything I just been... throwing on their chicken was on one side and lettuce was on the other the tomatoes were spread out besides the fact I wasn?tsupposed to have chicken in my Chalupa I was supposed to have beef and both of them have chicken. The girl who was at the windowhanded me my drinks I said thank you she didn?t say anything but turned around and talk to an employee she then handed me my bagof foodAnd then just turned around and walked away. I sat there confused wondering if that was all of my food or not so I waitedfor her to come back to the window and asked her if that was all of my food. She had the audacity to look at me like I was crazyand say yeah that?s all your food she also didn?t give me a receipt. I tried to call them back once I got home to let them knowthat they gave me two chicken Chalupa?s instead of beef but they did not answer the phone.
