Wow times have changed. I used to I've with in few miles of year and went there way to often. Today I was back in Springfield... attending the Illinois state fair and decided to go get a Sancho and nachos. What used to be quailty is now suitable for being.Considered a not downgrade...it was not good a d the thin nacho chips were awful. Read more
Waited in line like 45 mins, couldn?t just leave bc there?s a point in the drive through you can?t turn around. Food was soggy,... drink was flat, got over charged and no receipt, entire restaurant smelt like week when the window opened (which I reallycouldn?t care less except I?m pretty sure instead of handling orders, other things were going on), tried to contact the storeand got nowhere. Never had these issues before. Never going back. Really just would like to know where my money went. Read more

Very friendly staff and the service was great. The food was also very good. The portion size was very large for the tacos. The... sauce for the tacos was original and very delicious. I was pass through the area and stopped here to eat. I would recommendanyone stopping if you?re in the area or want to make a special trip to get some good food. I will be back. Read more
Always busy. The girls there tonight has a steady line of production going on since they were short handed. They did an... excellent job keeping up with the customers. There serving size are a healthy portion, shouldn't be hungry after eating there. Read more
