I ordered on the app and chose to pick up in store bc the drive thru was backed up. Waited 20mins when no one was inside to get... my food. When the manager, Leona, handed it to me, I asked if the cheeseburger were plain. She said yes bc they had a grill slipon them. Got to the car, they had no grill slip on them and were not plain. Went back inside told her they weren't plain. Sheacted annoyed and rang up a new order. She didn't holler to the back and say I need 2 plain cheeseburger asap. She made me sitthere after about 10 more orders that came in after mine. After another 10 mins I'm running late for work and had to just getthem to refund me bc I had still not received my corrected order. And after asking for a refund bc I couldn't wait any longer,she was very smart mouthed. 1 star for Leona! Read more
No napkins, straws, or condiments at self service station. Dirty dinning area even though there were only 2-3 people dinning.

Stopped in for lunch with my wife. We grabbed a few McDonald's and McChicken along with a medium fry and large fry and two large... cokes. We get a mile down the road and start to eat the fries and I wanted to puke. The fries tasted like they were left outover night, we're cold to the touch and only partially cooked. The buns on our sandwiches we're dry and crumbly. I literallythought we got someone else's meal from the previous day. Now I don't leave a lot of good reviews for McDonald's because thereare some really sub par McDonald's out there. However there are a few that are really good and I give them credit. However, hadI had time, I should have turned around and complained but I didn't get a receipt for our meal. Won't be stopping at this oneagain. Read more
The manager that goes by ?giggles? is very rude. I was ordering at counter and she gave me attitude about my order. Meanwhile,... waiting for my food I overheard her talking bad about her employees.
