I'm going to give this a two since the couple of employees there were working their tail off trying to make it happen. The lobby... was closed due to short staffing. You couldn't hardly hear the speaker and the drive thru was SLOW!! We were in line 26 minutes.We were in a caravan and the other vehicle with us was in over an hour and their order was goofed three times. My bun was dry,as were my patties. I have given this Wendy's A LOT of chances, and won't make that mistake again. For the 5th or 6th time, we were given the wrong... food, cold food, or food made so messy we couldn't even touch it without sauce and food dripping everywhere. Every time, I tryto call and get no answer. I have worked in food service most of my life, and am so understanding, but I won't waste my money ongross and cold food paired with mediocre service. I'm taking one star off because of a strange experience, I ran my card, and then afterward the young kid said "we don't take... discover"... Wendy's is a chain so it's not like a mom and pop with service fees so I thought that was suspicious. I locked mycard so idk what they thoughts they could do or were planning. I was on a trip and this was concerning to me and I don't needstress or anxiety in my vacation. Thanks, Wendy's. I also had to wait an exceptional amount of time (15+ minutes) during whichtime I had enough time to wait in line, use the bathroom, and get back in line. And there was only 1 other person eating that Icould see. Drive thru was busy. So idk. Read more
This place closes at 10. Would be nice if SOMEONE could update that on line. Not everyone works hours that accommodate early... closings. But please update your hours online. Ridiculous will be real easy to forget you guys. Read more
They were closed from 12:00 till 12:40 due to short staff and they were taking breaks. When I worked fast food in the early... 2000's, no one was allowed to take a break during the lunch rush. Sounds like poor management. Read more
I'm not much for fast food these days but we were getting hangry on our trip so we decided of the options in this area Wendy's... was probably best and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Burgers hot and fresh with cold crisp lettuce and freshred ripe tomato, the bun was soft and all nicely stacked, not everything sliding off. Also the line was fast. Read more
Staff was very friendly but food experience was poor. Half of the fountain drinks were not available, the spicy chicken... sandwich was dry and mostly breading and the french fries were old and not hot. Read more
Food and service were good, but the drink machine was out of a lot of options and the floor was wet.
