Met friends for dinner, our 1st time and drinks were good, waitress was wonderful. Steaks were not cooked perfectly to our... liking but good. Only issue is the amount of smoke from grill that fills the entire restaurant. It's strong and affected oureyes. Probably won't return Read more

We found this restaurant by asking Siri for a steakhouse in Springfield, Massachusetts. I’m so glad we found it. The food is... absolutely incredible. Everyone’s steak was prepared perfectly. The surf and turf was exceptionally good. The only minordownside is it’s extremely dark and difficult to see your food. The owner is also actively involved and works the hostessstand. I shared a comment with her on the way out regarding the bread I didn’t know was available (not knowing she was theowner). She was extremely friendly and receptive. We will definitely be back when we are in the area! They also have an outdoorheated patio that’s open year-round. Although I did not eat there this time, I would like to try it. Even in the winter. We decided last minute to change our restaurant choice for the evening from a place we normally go to while in town to 350 and... we were not disappointed. We have no complaints . My boyfriend got the surf and turf tower and he isn't one to eat a lot ofbeef and he absolutely loved the medallions. He said the risotto cake was just ok but who cares when you are paying for theprotein. My filet was amazing . We have been to some "famous " restaurants like Gordon Ramsay's and have had the filet there. I will say that 350's filet was sooo much better. I would go here for it anytime if it always tastes as good as it did. Ieven had my leftovers today for lunch and it was still amazing. Price was fair considering you also get 2 sides with it. Not sure why you have to pay an extra $5 for melted seasoned butter that honestly I am not sure I even tasted but if that isthe worse complaint I have then that is good ! We will definitely be visiting again for dinner next time we are in town. Read more

Went here to celebrate Mother's Day. This was our 3rd time here and unfortunately it was not up to the same standard as previous... visits. Perhaps this was because it was much busier than usual and the kitchen and wait staff were a littleoverwhelmed. Service: The waiter was very courteous and personable. He was busy and at times hard to find. Drinks and appetizercame out fairly quickly. Salads and soup came out soon after. Then... The wait. Dinners took about 40 minutes after the soup andsalad was cleared. This was by far the biggest disappointment of the night. Food: Flavor was excellent. And in generaleverything was cooked very well. Unfortunately my daughter's pork chop was under done (cool center). This was sent back andcooked more. Overall: For the price, I felt there should have been much better service. And I was very surprised that nomanagement rep came to apologize for the delays or under cooked food. Other tables received complementary dessert but we wereoffered no other accommodations. This place is okay. I got the Beef Wellington, my husband got the Lobster Mac and Cheese. My entree’s sauce tasted like a... frozen salsbury steak sauce. My husband complained that the mac needed more cheese. Read more

We went out for our anniversary. Had the surf and turf and was slightly disappointed. I've had this before and it was great... but not this last time. The risotto was overcooked and they had ran out of scallops that night and I received one very smallpiece of scallop with this dish. The spinach had no flavor. The absolute highlight of our night were the drinks, I had thePistachio drink and my hubby had the Red grapefruit margarita. The service was great as well. Read more

Where to start... Atmosphere: what I would expect for a nice steak restaurant. Service: good. Food: total disappointment.... Starting with the not hot lobster bisque moving to the Luke warm Surf and Turf tower where the meat was over cooked. The beefwellington was about 5 minutes late. Which is always fun when people want to eat together. Funny thing, there was no wellingtonto it. No mustard, no mushrooms, etc. The meat was way over cooked and the puff pastry wasn't even browned. Just a piece of meatwrapped in puff pastry. Check out the photo. Will definitely not be back. Read more
