Nice and clean with friendly waitress. Food was ready when I got there. Food was prepared just right and was nice and warm when... I ate. Very good quality and portion size and very consistent with other 99's. Will eat here again.12/22/21 Update : went heretoday and had a great lunch, wasn't too busy and waitress was fast and friendly. Excellent experience. Update : 9/11/22 stopped in for a late lunch, had the Top sirloin with rice and broccoli. Tasted great but the rice was a little on the saltyside. Waitress was excellent . Love it, love it, love it. Have eaten there several times while on work assignment. Have yet to have a bad meal. Great variety... and decent prices. You must try the mango Mai Tai !! It is off the chain delicious. The only bad thing I can think of to say isI wish they would open one in my hometown in VA. Read more

I went here for the first time this week, food was great, atmosphere was well balanced. Definitely going to go again. The... waiters seem pretty attentive, my waiter was. I asked the waitress for the head manager as if something was wrong ???? just totell her how well the waiter was doing . 99 is a good place to stop for a bite. We go here when we do not feel up to cooking. They have good food, including soups and... salads, homestyle meals and burgers. They have a full bar as well as seating in the bar area. They have plenty of seatingthroughout. Plenty of parking!! I recommend the Sangria!! Read more

Good food that's not a burden to your wallet! I've frequented several locations (Walpole MA, Holyoke MA, Springfield MA,... Tewksbury MA) where the service was always good, no complaints. Staff was attentive to my children's allergies. Made sure wewere satisfied every step of the visit. Locations were also clean. Curbside is also great! Soon as you pull up they're bringingout your order. You're not left outside waiting forever before anyone acknowledges you're waiting. My "go-to" dish is thesmothered steak tips medium well ????
