Waitress didn't know what she was doing at all then we wanted separate checks from.the other couple we were with she gave us... four checks... then wanted more money from us then told me she threw my receipt away... like what... took 20 mins just for myman to get his water he asked for she had to re ask us what we all had after we were done eating. Went to Applebee's yesterday 08/14 food was good and waitress was great. Bianca the waitress went above and beyond for us. Hope... she gets the credit she deserves. Great customer service and a smile that could light up a room. Read more
I really don?t enjoy this place, the customer service is awful. The food is no longer enjoyable or put together with proper... care. Everything is rushed. The employees are also prejudice. They don?t like to seat minorities. I?ve heard them say it myselfthey said minorities supposedly ?don?t tip?. They hire young s*xualized women as if it?s hooters when this is a morefamily-friendly establishment, just so they can get more money for dinner & happy hour. It?s very inappropriate. I came here with two of my friends, and we sat at the bar. Kelly took awesome care of us! I ordered the Rock and Berry Rita, and... my friend ordered the Long Island. We didn't end up getting entrees because we got full on our appetizers. We ordered the loadedfries and the pretzel! Both were really good. Solid place to get a meal and relax! Read more
This Applebees that is located on Boston Road in Springfield MA is complete and utter disgrace to the Applebees franchise! This... is the second time that I have ordered from here and received BURNT disgusting food! This is the Bourbon Street Chicken andshrimp that I ordered! Take a look at the picture! Who would serve this to ANYONE? Let alone a PAYING CUSTOMER!! This is utterlydisgusting! You spend your hard earned money, to treat yourself to a dinner and have this be what someone serves you! I amtruly disappointed with this location and this franchise! I know this post may not do much in ways of hurt the money going intothese owners pockets, but we are living in very difficult times for many Americans! So I am posting this for the person who hastheir hard earned money, and maybe thinking about stopping by this location to treat themselves to a meal! This is my advice!!DON?T!!! I went this past Friday night and the service was terrible. It was a regular amount of people the waitress were chitchatting in... the back not checking on anyone or the food. My appetizer (wonton taco) come out like an child put it together. On top of that Iwas missing the metal tray plus more and the food was ice cold. Had them re-do it. I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp nomushroom cause im allergic... My order came with mushroom. I had them make me a new one but all they did was take out themushrooms and reheat the the same chicken that I cut.. while it still had mushrooms.... the waitress we had needs to beretrained on checking on her tables, making sure the order correct and making sure everything okay. We literally had to call herover for everything, she walked by but didn't ask if things was needed or okay. She didnt check on none of her tables. On thatnote the male manager only checked on the tables that that were a female group. This place needs new management, an expiditerand over training on everyone's position correctly. Our family had dinner here to celebrate the Veterans in our lives. The hostesses, the waitress and the manager were all awesome.... I?m sure they had a long, busy day, but still took the time to smile, share some laughs and delivered great customer service.Best experience here yet. Read more
