This is for Boston Market in Springfield Mass. It is supposed to close at 10 pm . I got there a little after 8:30 pm . I went... through the drive thru the order board was nor little up to see what I had to order or the prices. The girl at the register saidthere was no food left but 2 slices of meatloaf and a few slices of turkey. And I could only order 2 dinners because they had nofood left ! I had to drive across town to feed a family of 4 . The girl at the register was not new because I asked her as shedidn't know what she was doing. She didn't even know how to make change. I had to help her . Although she was a nice girl buthad no clue on what she was doing. I'm disgusted by the little bit of food I paid for and that it wasn't fresh and for the factthere wasn't any food left considering it closes at 10 pm . That is not how you run a establishment ! I asked for a menu and shesaid they didn't have any and the prices were not updated. I don't understand why there was no food left or why they didn't makeany more and just let it run out, and why your employees are not trained properly. She didn't even know how to make or countchange when the register tells you exactly what to give back. I had to tell her she forgot to give me the xtra side I ordered. I'm glad I checked before leaving. So now I have to cook because there isn't enough food to feed my family and that's the wholereason I went there . You want to keep your customers not lose them . This place has really gone downhill since the pandemic. Today I ordered a chicken carver sandwich. The guy making it looked like... he didn?t want to be there. It took him like 10 minutes to make the sandwich and all that was on it were 3 small pieces ofchicken. No cheese, lettuce, onions or anything else. Bread was stale. What a rip off. It used to be that Boston Market was a sure thing. Real food. Good Service. Reasonable prices. Not anymore. Variety has... diminished. Service is awful. Product availability is ridiculous. How do you run out of key items at the beginning of dinner ona weekend? Especially when it is now one of only 2 options on the menu. If you aren't going to serve other food, go back tocalling yourself Boston Chicken. Then I'll know to eat somewhere else instead of constantly wasting my time going to thislocation, Boston Road Springfield. Read more
This place used to be so much better in just about every way. The food was ok but not great, there were fewer vegetable dishes... to choose from, and the atmosphere was very drab and in need of a facelift. The supervisor was very friendly and welcoming, butshe was the only staff person who was. Read more
Slowest and least efficient of any drive-thru restaurant in 15 miles. Expect to wait 20 -30 minutes even when there is only one... vehicle in front of you. And they aren't even trained to acknowledge your presence at order window. You have to wonder ifghost run the place. 5 years ago this was an efficient well run chain. On the plus side, order takers and inside personal are polite and get the orders correct. I suspect poor corporate training and poor store management. Too bad, food is good forfast food. Read more
I love the sweet potatoes with marshmallows ? I had with vegetables, roast chicken ???? and corn bread ???? ???? ???? The... restaurant have catering for all occasions, family meals, single orders. You can add desert they have brownies, cookies, applepie and more...They served lunch and dinner. Good prices and fast service. Clean place plenty parking. Read more
I haven't ate at Boston Market in probably about a year however I never forgot how delicious there macaroni and cheese was lol.... Three ???????? of us ate ???? tonight for under $40 ???????? and we were all stuffed to the brim (the dog too ????!!) andcompletely satisfied (with some leftovers). I ate the sweet potatoes toobquick so I missed out on a picture ???? LOL however II was able to get one at the ordering station????. The macaroni and cheese is so cheesy. The sweet potato ???? is one of myfavorites as well as they have marshmallow and that crunchy topping. The roasted potatoes ???? were yummy but I had to add a bitof salt and pepper, the corn ???? was good as well. The only downside was that they had run out of dark meat and I'm not a fanof white meat so I had a pot pie. The pot pie wasn't really spectacular but I would order it again. Read more
It was good! Got chicken combo(AARP 10$ coupon). Was delicious! People especially the cute girl at register were excellent!... Satisfied and will be back! Should have trays for in house eat. Read more
