Omg they killed it.. they used to sell a bomb azz chicken sandwich... N when Popeyes came out with spicy chicken sandwich they... just hadddd to try n match it... Ewww they killt it... Was asked to pull forward to have the cars in front and behind me served first. Then was told the chicken sandwich I ordered... would take 20 minutes. So I then asked for a partial refund because I was not willing to wait that long. I was told that I hadto come inside (unable do to child in car). So they said they'd send a manager out with that which happened 15 minutes later.All the while, serving other customers. Went through all of that for the chicken sandwich order to be completely wrong. I calledfor a refund when I got home, needless to say. I mean, that's what I asked for in the first place. The team member that took my order ahw was really friendly. Nice elderly lady. But the manager she was not friendly at all.
So now BK only takes 1coupon per customer. What a hassle it is to place your order. I had to do 2 separate orders inside then I... had to place my third order by drive thru. What a pain???? Read more
Very rude. Make u wait for quite a while bfor coming to the window to pay. They hold u back for some reason! Tell u to wait till... they tell u to come. Why is that? Happens all the time. Not like their always busy anymore!! Never never give u napkins. U needto ask for them ea time. Or youll ask for sauce, they say yes. Not in bag. Have a hard time getting orders correct..sit in linefor a very long time! & i dont think the owner realizes how rude & disrespectful some of their managers r!!! Fast foodrestaurants r completely going downhill! Their r a few good workers..but a lot more very unprofessional!! & idk understand whythey clean out the shake & ice cream machine way bfor they r suppose to close! If a place dosen't close till midnite & u come in@ 8-9p it should not b closed down already! Their ready to close down quite a bit bfor their suppose to!! That didnt happen inmy day!!
