I don't like Mexican food. It's too spicy. So I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta without the spices. Usually when I special... order, it's a big disappointment. But not here in West Springfield. It was awesome. The chicken was cooked perfectly. It was a 3for $10 deal. The clam chowder was lacking in clams and potatoes but the soup was very tasty. The cheese cake was really goodtoo. The food super good. But to be honest whenever I go I notice two things. 1. the tablet and buttons all dirty and greasy. 2. Salt... and pepper shakers with food residue. I always leave the review but I think they totally ignore it because it's getting worse. Ilike to eat from there but I think I'll start to avoid it. Dinner with my dad and step mom from out of town. The waitress, wish I could remember her name was very accommodating. My only... complaint is their online menu didn't match in store menu. They also did not honor their online coupons and specials. No reasonwhy. Just didn't. I give the waitress an A though. She could only do so much without management. The food was edible. The service was terrible. We waited at least 15 minutes for a server to show up. We ordered 2 drinks, they brought one and we... had to remind them about the 2nd one. The dish that I ordered was incomplete, I told the server and she said they were workingon it but they never brought it. They were not silverware on the table. When the hostess sat us she brought us to a table that had a pile of food on floor that was swept with the broom next it. I... thought oh great this is going to be bad. We had to wait a little for our waitress as she needed to sit at a booth with anotheremployee for a few minutes. While waiting we noticed a fruit fly. My husband got shrimp tacos and I got chicken fajitas. Weboth enjoyed our meals the food was surprisingly good after a ruff start. We did tell the manager about the fruit flies as weended up with about 5. We payed with gift cards and the one thing I didn?t like was the waitress told us that we automaticallyhad to take a tip out of the first gift card.
