the worst dunkin I have ever been too. twice now I've gone. only because i was having a procedure done at baystate, the staff is... always on their phones completely ignoring the customers, I had to tell them my order probably 8 times and it still wasn'tright. they're rude, condescending and have no issue throwing customer service out the window and acting like they're talking toyou in the street. I don't understand how this is allowed to go on, with all the bad reviews you'd think they'd do somethingabout it. if you don't want to work, then don't! Always mess up the coffee, never enough Carmel and usually half effort leaving out Carmel swirl on the whip cream! Don't be... lazy when people are buying 5 plus dollar coffees and drinks! Put as much effort as you would want when making your very own!!! Read more
Not gonna lie, I thought I?d be one of the few customers to have a less than great experience here but looking at the reviews. I... guess I?m not surprised. I ordered a cake batter coffee for my boyfriend, like the one shown on the menu. They gave me a coffeewithout the whipped cream and sprinkles. So I asked them to put the whip and sprinkles on it and they say I have to pay extrafor the signature. It?s whipped cream and sprinkles. The amount in a coffee cost probably like 10cents. So business wise it?snot incurring much of a loss but keeps customer satisfaction up and keeps customers coming back. Poor customer service and theywere condescending about it. Instead of attempting to make the situation right they berated me with blame and were rude andcompletely unhelpful. The girl taking the order at the register was nice though and the tomato pesto was decent. But itshouldn?t be that difficult. Read more
