2nd day in a row ordered a hot coffee, took a sip and it was warm at best. Ordered food to, no napkins.
Love DD my grandkids enjoy the munchkins donut and snack n bacon energy other morning.. like that everything is fresh.

As of 03/26/2022 there is a massive crater pot hole in the drive thru 694 Page Blvd Springfield Mass. I talked to the staff and... they say the owner knows about it but just doesnt care. I'm serious. It is huge. At least fill it in with a bucket of sand ifyour that cheap to care about your customers cars. Read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This Dunkin is Beyond Rude. I live near by, worked an over night shift and PAID for delivery, Door... dash only brought my Coffee and a sandwich that i did not order, frustrated I re order all mine and my kids food, have Dunkindonuts call me rudely to pretty much tell me off about how I have my food. I explained to them I never received my food, doordash literally had to RE CHARGE ME for my food and yet they still are saying I received my food. Who in the right mind would paytwice for food if they received it in the first place. Who wouldn't be mad when you are paying close to over $22 the first timeand then $20 again and you received horrible service. . !!!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. Then they have the worst managementaswell. Starts off by being rude, because I was attending to my kid and missed his phone call about not having an item.
