Turn around and drive 2 miles east. This shop is terrible. 10 minute wait just to order at drive thru and no other cars in line.... They were 5 for 5 with a mistake in either coffee orders, or even putting the right donuts in a box. Stay away from this place. Read more
Short staff they were complaining all the time people have to get out of fast lane and go inside . One customer have already... paid after 20 minutos waiting he was upset and demanded his order. After that I have to hear an entire conversation aboutworking alone calling the manager blah blah blah before I got my coffee. Management of this fast food restaurants need to teachtheir workers or change all staff lately I have the same issues at other's restaurants on this area. Read more

Great Customer service Saturday morning 6/11/22 before noon She was very nice easy to talk to and she knew what she was doing! I... even told her this is the BEST iced coffee! I wish I knew her name because she deserves to be noticed for keeping the linemoving and doing things right! Clean establishment! Ordered wraps and hash browns at 830 expecting them to be ready for me when I showed up which I then showed up at 845 and was... told that the ovens were shut down for the night and they could only give me the drink I ordered. Then when I asked about how Icould get a refund they said I don?t know how to do a refund and that the app is completely separate from in store. Nice people and service but whenever i?d get food from here, almost every morning ? nothing is hot, hashbrowns are so hard that... my jaw hurts after chewing them, cheese is never melted, just slapped on there. Read more
Today I ordered a coffee from the Dunkin app to pick it up in side the store; I got the store after almost 10 minutes, but my... ticket still was on printer and they didn?t touch it! After that I tried to tell them I order online, but nobody pay attentionand they just doing their job and taking care of drive through line and even they didn?t look at me; so then I asked about who?sgoing to make my coffee, the lady (looks she?s manager over there, not sure, middle age up lady!) that was there get mad and shetold me don?t talk to me when I am taking care of drive through customer! Finally another guy made my coffee and gave it tome. But it really made me upset this morning ( Sunday 11/06/22 around 6:35 am) Usually I get my coffee in Wilbraham rd Dunkin (in the corner of Parker st) And always perfect with customers but this One was awful!
