Took 5 minutes to order a coffee at the drive thru. No one was in front of me. When I got around to the window, there was 1 car... there. Took another 10 minutes waiting. The incompetence of the employees at this store is unacceptable. She charged me for oat milk when I specifically said REGULAR... WHOLE MILK. I went into the store to place my order because of the horrible service I've had at the drive through. I guess I'llhave to travel the extra mile to your Wilbraham rd store. Very rude staff will not be returning to this Dunkin. Already ruined my day at 10am. Waited in the drive thru for about 20... minutes for my order which was not even made correctly, mind you it was just an iced coffee, that?s it.
