It?s supposed to be close at 8pm I go at 6pm and they don?t have anything I look in the garage and all donuts and muffins are in... the garbage I asked for a frozen mocha and sense they are cleaning they say they can?t do it the door is closed around 6:30 andthe supposed to close at 8 pm it?s the worst service I have experienced in my whole life. Horrible service, too in a rush to do the right thing. They think by making shortcuts they can just slide by.

Went to dunking on saint james Ave, it was my first time at this location and immediately after arriving I realized u was at the... wrong dunking. The cashier on the headset sounded like she did not want to be at work. I placed my order she kept on rushing me,and unfortunately my son decided a bit late he wanted chocolate milk, so I asked her if she could add it, and she told me it wastoo late because she had already put my order through. Once I pulled up to the next window to pay , the other girl added themilk, charged me, but gave me my order wrong. When I told her the order was wrong, here came the girl with the head set and wasupset because she was saying I was wrong, I placed my order wrong! And her attitude was just the worst. I never leave reviews but i wanted to today. It?s pretty busy right now and was running behind but i understand. I work in food... and we are always behind because of online orders and in store orders so i understand how stressful and chaotic it can be. Iwanted to leave a tip after the employee working drive through made up for the wait time but didn?t think of it until i was onthe road so I decided to leave this review. 5 stars: always nice and makes the coffee perfect. thank you!! Brand spanking new Dunkin!!! Located next to Family Dollar at the Saint James Ave entrance into Springfield Plaza. They offer... their standard fare. They have drive through service. Plenty of parking, and it's close to the shops, RMV, and otherbusinesses. Stop in and check it out!! Good staff and service!!! Read more
Staff unprofessional, seemed annoyed I was paying with Apple Pay scoffed and all even said ?are you serious? she looked a mess... so I just decided to not say anything she looked like she had a long night ???? I will be calling the manager ??????????? honeyif you don?t like your job you can get another one. The crazy part is it was another employee dealing with me ????.
