Big points to the understaffed team that kept this ship afloat 8/20/22. -1 star for the management that leaves a staff short... handed and/or under skilled to meet the needs of customers. -2 star, because the extra Crispy chicken wasn't Crispy, moresoggy. I asked for a bowl and the popcorn chicken wasn't cook all the way. My biscuit was hard. They gave me 3 cookies. Awesome!!! This... gentlemen was on the rain waiting for his food. I've been to many businesses on Boston Road and I was very pleased with KFC. The food was fresh and fulfilling. The chicken and... mashed potatoes lacked flavor. The night shift staff were really nice and they kept the dining area clean. The air conditionerwas a tad to low. The choice of music wasn't ideal for it's setting and a bit to high in volume. If you?re going through drive through do not waster you?re time you will sit there for at least 15 minutes before getting your... food in. Also they will charge you 3.00 for a simple cup of ice and refuse to answer the phone. Company is kind of a joke now. Read more
