Ordered take out last week. My husband picked up for me. Several people waiting for pick up. Server comes out from the back and... announces loudly how backed up they were and would just have to wait I ordered the shrimp bowl without rice, which tasted good,but there is no place that I can see in the "customize order" to add anything extra. I called to ask and was told yes, there isan add on option. I couldn't find it so my bowl was small. I would have added additional lettuce. My husband waited anadditional 25 minutes to get the order. I paid for chips and salsa that came without salsa, only to find out that chips comefree with take out orders, so I was charged for those. Not the best experience, but certainly not the worst. When I'm in the mood for Mexican and good flavor, I think of this place. Overall, this place is really good, and the staff are... all friendly from what I have experienced, and I have eaten here over a dozen times over the past 7 or 8 plus years. There wasone time I had gone there and waited 45 min just to get a waitress to come over and give us water, but I notified the manager,and he went out of his way and fixed the situation for us; and another time where the food was cooked awfully but those were oneoff's and not the norm here. It's a corporation, not a mom and pop shop, but it's good food and is still go back when in themood for Mexican food. Read more

Not happy. The driest fajitas I've EVER had. They cae out with almost completely raw onions and peppers. No flavor on anything... and the refried beans were almost as dry as the chicken. I think the highlight of my meal was the chips n salsa. Drinks areexcellent but I came here hungry and my senses still feel like they need satisfaction. Read more

This my go-to!!!!! I measure other Mexican places by how much they are like, or not like, OTB! I usually get the Double Decker... Fajita Quesadilla, which is no longer on the menu, be they still oblige me :) It has avocado and bacon! Everything here isdelicious and the staff has always been great. Deffinatly not the most exciting place to go eat. The menus were way to chaotic and had way too many pictures. The food tasted... like it was either canned or previously frozen. The fried shrimp that I got overpowered the rest of the tacos. I work in akitchen an I have to say it feels like there were good intentions for everything but they didn't follow through. Read more

It's my first time coming here. They brought us some chip with salsa omg this salsa was so salty. But the rest of the food I got... was delicious. I got a burrito with steak it's called big bordurrito. I had to also try 2 of there dessert which it was thebrownie Sunday. Omg the brownie came out nice and hot ???? and I also got tres leches it was k wasn't as good. Definitely got me3 liquor drinks was disappointed by one because it didn't look like the one on the pic but it tasted really good skyrita mangofrozen. Chips and salsa are good, wife got a 17 dollar Steak and it was cold, wife wasn't crazy about it. Son got the chicken fingers,... he liked them. I got 4 tacos two crunchy and 2 soft tacos. The tacos might have been good if everything else besides the beefstayed in the taco. Everything would slide out the second you took a bite. This is the second time I've had soft tacos here andboth times the flour taco gets soggy. Not worth the money if you ask me.
