I would give it zero stars if i could. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional places i have ever experienced. I called in... for a delivery and the lady answering the phone sounded very rude and then when i proceeded to give my adress she saying thatthey don’t deliver there(has to be within 4 miles) and it was within said miles and as i proceeded respectfully, she Rebuttals again that they don’t and then asked the manager if they deliver there, while im still on the phone and i said its withinthe the requirements. She gave attitude and said well we Don’t deliver there. I ask to speak to a manager and when i talk tohim he finally got my adress right and then asked for my order. I quickly changed my mind in the thought that they might playwith my food so i didn’t even order it. But gotta say it was not a grateful experience at all. Read more
Honestly I never really write reviews, but I just had what was possibly the best slice of pizza I have ever had in the state of... Massachusetts from this restaurant. I am a pizza connoisseur, growing up in the punk rock scene pizza was idolized and has madeup more than a reasonable amount of the meals I've had in my entire life. I have had pizza all over the country, good pizza badPizza expensive pizza deep dish Chicago New York style Connecticut, usually my favorite pizzas are just Greek on restaurantshere in Massachusetts. There's nothing like a good slice of pie. And at this restaurant for $3 you get a ginormous slice ofperfectly crunchy cheesy wonderful pizza. I order mine well done, so the cheese was nice and gooey, but the crust was perfectand held up in spite of the weight of the cheese in the sauce. Hit me up the sauce, it was great, not too sweet not too tanningthere wasn't a ton of it he's the perfect amount. Ordered penne alla vodka and this white sauce cheesy slathered mess came. Manager says he's been making it that way for 19... years. Thinks that's how it's made. That he doesn't care that Google says otherwise. He is unknowingly making and selling whitesauce a la vodka but advertising it as penne a la vodka with a picture of penne a la vodka in red sauce in his menu and website.Idiot. The manager starts demanding I give his food back he probably thinks I ate it already and am trying to get a free meal.I wouldn't eat this imposter "penne a la vodka" if it were free. Sure buddy every other restaurant in the world is making pennea la vodka wrong except you. Give me my refund. Read more
There grinders (subs) are the worst i ever had whoever answered the phone i specifically said can u have whoever makes the... sandwiches make mine like nice and neat and good so that we come back it was horrible on top of that when u make an omelet it'ssupposed to be yellow not brown and crusty anyone i know says let's try Pizza Choice I will actually convince them to anotherspot it was completely nasty! Pizza was dropped. We called in and they even had me send pictures of the pizza and did nothing to rectify the situation. They... said they would make the driver pay for the pizza and we had to send them back the pizza that the children had already takensome corner slices from, so they said they would do nothing since there were slices missing. Pizza Choice is a small pizza shop on State Street in Springfield Massachusetts. They offer similar fare as other places. They... do a decent job. I have never had a bad experience here. There is currently no seating with the pandemic. And masks arerequired. Prior to the pandemic they had a table or 2. This trip we had a half Clams Casino half Pepperoni pizza, garlic breadwith cheese, and chicken wings with mild buffalo sauce. All in all it was good!! Read more
