I can't count the times my order has been messed up through Door Dash or picking up. I suggest you check your order thoroughly... before leaving if you pick up. I unfortunately can be a fool sometimes because I'll just leave but I know they mess up often.I've had missing chicken many times, missing biscuits, mash potatoes with no Cajun gravy on it (this isn't one order, this isover time)... and this is oddly common which it shouldn't be. Early in the afternoon or late at night Employees are very rude , Hardly speak or understand English Constantly messing up... orders and they never have fresh desserts made if they have the pies /desserts it cold and been sitting . Food is delicious although I wish the fries were crisper. Service is extremely slow. I try to be understanding of people being... short staffed, but there is no multitasking going on. Placed order online and paid for via credit card. Went to pick up and they did have any record of the order being placed. ... Showed them my app receipt and credit card showing it was paid for. They refused to do anything to resolve the issue, theywould not call central office to confirm the receipt, make the order after showing them my that it was ordered any paid for, norissue a refund. Can I give this zero stars? I placed an order via mobile app. The order was fairly large. I got to the restaurant and they had... my order, or so they thought. They hand me a little bag and walked away. I stood there for a few minutes and I had to ask loudlywhere the rest of my order was. The male worker told me it was all there. I opened the bag and went through what was missing. Iasked where this was, where that was, etc? and he told me they were either out of it or they don?t carry it. So what did theyexpect me to do, not give me the things I ordered and think I wouldn?t notice? He told me he threw in an apple pie for mytrouble. But I ordered an apple Pie anyway, so he wasn?t doing me any favors. He told me he couldn?t credit me, that I had tocall corporate, which I did. All it takes is to read. Read! I don?t know how hard it is! I will NOT return to that specificrestaurant until they have a complete overhaul, which will never happen. I do NOT recommend this specific restaurant.
