My family has been here about 5 times and each time they have gotten SOMETHING wrong with the order. We always order through the... app, fyi. Most of the time we'll just come for drinks (3), and even then all the drinks are done wrong. Many times they will addice when asking for no ice. They'll forget to add the cream, or vanilla flavoring. They'll forget a drink all together. Waittimes are always horrendous. For 3 drinks we had to wait at least 30 minutes and there wasn't a long line in the drive thru atall. Today we got a pretty huge order, and was about $60. We expected to wait awhile of course. But it took over an hour. Fine,whatever. The awful part was they forgot 2 drinks. Came back with the soda. And we told them they forgot the Blast. The carhopper said "we can't make blasts right now". Why was I able to order one an hour ago then? Why not tell us so we can replace itor something? We didn't even get our money back after being told that. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible horrible horrible don't bother with this location at all. Wouldn't do the sonic experience, was told drive thru only.... On whatever not to bad, told they were not gonna do the premium side upgrade for whatever reason, even tho on the online menuyou can. Where do I start.. I worked at Sonic for 7 years back in the day. We had all 25 stalls full and still got everybody's food out... and less than 4 minutes. Here, they take one car at a time through the drive-thru only, and it's 25 minutes before you exit.They never have onion rings because they're supposed to be homemade and they don't want to make them. They should just take themoff the menu. I had to repeat my order three times and they still got the sizes wrong. I ordered a Sprite with lemons, whichthey charge you extra for the lemons. They forgot the lemons, and when I asked for a few to be put in the drink, they told methat they don't have any. They charged it on the receipt but they did not have the fruit. I ordered on DoorDash. Didn?t get my 3 blasts. Their ice cream machine is down understandable. I got 3 corn dogs. When I ordered... 1 corn dog kids meals and 1 chicken tender kids meal. Didn?t get that. The general manager and an employee told me they bothpersonally bagged my order and that ?mistakes happen? I am a manager at a fast food restaurant this isn?t okay. Read more
i usually don?t write bad reviews. i?ve done like 4 online orders here in the past few months and every single time somethings... wrong. not something little like missing sauce or something i mean like burgers completely missing, wrong drinks, everything.and when you do an online order, you go to the stalls and they take 30 minutes to even bring your food out and if somethingswrong be prepared to wait another 30. i feel bad because you can tell they?re understaffed but they mess up everything. not tomention everything?s usually cold. don?t do an online order just do drive thru, it?s a waste of time. My Son and I went there, last Saturday. 7/9/22. We got the Double Cheeseburgers. They were pretty good. The only problem, they... didn't toast the Bread enough. We, also got Tater Tots. They were tasty. I would recommend coming here again. Read more
I don?t normally complain but this was horrible. I ordered chicken strips, tater tots with cheese, and asked for honey mustard.... I got chicken with fries. Sauce given was bbq and marinara, no honey mustard. My husband ordered a burger and tater tots withcheese. His order was mostly correct except no cheese on his tater tots. I?ve never gone anywhere that has messed up so much onone small order. We reviewed the receipt to make sure we didn?t order incorrectly. Nope, everything on the receipt wascorrect. Read more
