Bought a venti pink drink and asked for no ice. For $6, they gave me a cup that was barely half full - essentially a grande... size. When I asked them to add some ice to try to make up for the emptiness, it was still 1/3 empty. So disappointed! At otherlocations, it would be filled to the top. Might as well go to the Dunkin across the street. Read more

Hours must be wrong. Says they open at 6am. Got here at 6:45 and everything is locked up with one man standing behind the... counter looking like he didn?t want to open up yet. Not sure if short staffed or what the reason is for not being open.Disappointing. Read more

I have never had a bad experience with Starbucks until I went here this morning. (First & last time I will ever go here). My... wife and I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 danishes, the sandwiches were cold & the bread was hard; as if it's been microwaved prior& left to sit there. I was very disappointed. We did not go back because we had to head straight to work but never again will Igo here. Read more

I've been to this Starbucks several times coz I stay at Sherton when I'm on business trips. The staff here seems to work like... they don't care. Not the look you want to see in the morning to start your day. My blueberry oatmeal had no blueberries. This isgreat location with lots of potential in the downtown. It's a shame it doesn't have friendly staff. A little bit of smile goes along way. Just saying! Read more

Very different than most starbucks.the hours of operation very limited.is a few workers in there to seem to have an attitude... especially the manager. she never smiles and recently I was in there and wanted a coffee a half hour before they closed and sheinformed me that they were closing so there was no coffee. I think she thought I would just go away. I asked her if she could doa pour-over kinda rolled her eyes. place is definitely tailor-made for the office people that work downtown., Not for theaverage working coffee drinker. Read more

Typically I am a huge Starbucks fan but I Went to this Starbucks and I ordered an iced green tea and was given a regular iced... tea. When I told the barista she insisted I was wrong and I told her I drink these everyday and know what they taste and looklike and this is not it. The barista puts the cup down and walks into the back without saying anything. The manager orsupervisor then comes to the counter and offers to make a new batch of green tea. While at the counter I could hear theemployee in the back complaining to others and then she comes out and ignores me. I eventually got the correct beverage fromthe manager, as I had told the employee. they need to give that horrible employee a reality check on what customer service isand teach her how in the service industry, poor service with an attitude will eventually get you fired. I dont pay double formy beverages at Starbucks to be treated like that from an entry level employee. I'll stick to going to the Starbucks that Iknow, I should have gone around the corner to the one that I usually frequent. Read more

Better coffee than that other Dunkin' chain of restaurants but extremely expensive. Would be nice to be able to pay my bills AND... enjoy a tasty espresso based beverage, but who am I that I should get my cake and eat it too. Read more
