First off only given one star because the server was good. Now to the bad. Drinks were watered down. First time I have ever had... a deep dish pizza when the center was almost as cold as ice. I've had unos at least a hundred times and never had this kind ofexperience. Read more

Had a great lunch. This restaurant is huge and the service is good. They serve the typical Uno's menu, which is Chicago deep... dish pizza and Americano (burgers etc.). It also has a large bar. Say hello to Taylor if you sit at the bar. Read more
This place was quiet for a Saturday lunch. The wait staff was cleaning when we walked in. Staff was quick to seat and get us... drinks. Maybe a little to quick. My daughter requested an ice tea with both raspberry and mango flavor shot. Unfortunately thewait staff left as she said mango and the drink came back raspberry only. The drinks were refilled quickly. The appetizer wastimed well and served hot. We enjoyed it. Lunch order for Chicken Parmigian. The pasta was cold but had hot chicken and cheese.Our other order was ravioli lasagna. The ravioli lasagna itself was great. The challenge was the plating. The lasagna was in apan and the pan placed in a white "bowl". The issue wad the pan not fitting in the bowl and every time we tried to cut a piece,the hot pan would slide which made her nervous and afraid it would slide into her lap. First time at an Unos and it was pretty good. I'm a pizza lover and I wasn't in love here. It was decent but the flavor was Ehh.... Our serve was great though. She took real good care of us. Oh and the sundae was great Read more
Terrible!!! Ordered chicken parm pasta fridge cold and no sauce, asked them to please add some warm sauce to the cold pasta... and they instead microwaved jt and got it back with still no sauce and pasta now like rubber and chicken now like a rock afterbeing microwaved, also waiter/bartender never brought soda refills or checked food quality, I searched for a manager and hesaid that they shouldn't of done that and he would credit me for pasta and kids desert, when Bill came it wasn't taken off, told our waiter who said he didn't know about it, wasn't waiting for him to figure it out after asking him and asking him tofind a manager (20 min) paid and left, it's too bad this was a fund raising event and we will not be using them for ourfuture ones due to this, the other 25 people who were at the fundraiser also had issues, paid over $200 for my family and wehad to stop at McDonald's on the way home because 3 people in my family didn't get their meal issues resolved or credited also Read more
