The place inside is small and too crowded I got seated so close to the other table I felt I was having a meal with strangers,... open space with aluminum chairs felt like I was at a fast food restaurant a expensive one with less privacy, the menu is not bigbut I was expecting that, for drinks I got the spicy skinny margarita and it was good, and to eat I got the Fiesta burger withtruffle fries and it was really good with very good flavors. Went to Wahlburgers in Springfield MA this past Saturday, and I was impressed with the decor and how clean the restaurant was.... The staff were very professional and knowledgeable on everything on the menu. The cocktails were to die for. The tots wereamazing, not soggy or mushy. The flavors explodes in your mouth when you pop the tots into your mouth. The Burgers were goodsize and tons of flavor. Came in on Tuesday around a non busy time. Server Jada was friendly and attentive. I ordered the BBQ Bacon burger along with the... sweet potato tots. Washed it down with a IBC root beer. Food came out pretty quick and the food was nice and hot. I was worriedthe burger would come out smothered in BBQ sauce, it wasn?t. I also had mine without the Jalapeños since they?re not pickledand properly too hot for me. The burger was a decent size. The tots were my favorite thing. Crispy with a soft center, goodlord, I still want more. I?ve been to Wahlburgers in Coney Island and that was a disaster but this location redeemed thefranchise. We stopped by on our way home from the casino. I don't understand the lowish score, because this place is awesome. The staff is... friendly and the establishment very clean. My husband got the BBQ burger and string onion rings. I got the parmesan truffle totsand the chili. He really liked the burger and the soft bun. The chili and tots alone were really good... but when combinedcreated a delicious explosion that left me questioning HOW the combination was not on the menu. Overall a great experience. Read more
First time eating here and ordered their homemade chili and BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger with tots. The chili was very good. Big... chunks of beef and flavorful. The tots where crispy, salty deliciousness and the burger was good but very small especially forthe cost of the meal $14. Other than that it was a good dining experience. When you first walk in it's a good atmosphere. Stuff is really polite. The waitress we had didn't really know the beer menu... which she said it wasn't up to date on the menu. The food was decent for the price it wasn't worth it $16 for doublecheeseburger. $15 for three small bowls of tots. $11 for an IPA.
