Might be the worst service I?ve ever had in a restaurant. Our waitress got 3 other peoples food orders before she even asked for... our drinks, even though we were seated first. After waiting 20 minutes for drinks we finally ordered our food and appetizer. Theappetizer took 30 minutes at which we asked for our food to go, which she said was ready right after we asked to go. Theappetizer never got put in so we had to wait longer for that than the actual food.We weren?t given silverware to go, a bag forthe boxes, or even offered refills on our drinks for the whole hour and half we were there. Food was good. The table was disgusting. The table looked like they were used as a mat leaving the kitchen. I ask if someone... could wipe down the table and when they can they ended up spraying my wife in the process. After they were done I was able toscratch the dirt off of the top of the table with my finger nail. When I informed them of that they made an excuse that it wasthe cleaner. I reiterated the fact that I scratch dirt off with my nail. Read more
Ordered the all you can eat boneless wings and fries. I did not receive the coleslaw that was supposed to come with it. I... didn't bother to ask for it because the service was so slow. The portions were what you'd expect in a kids meal. I finished myplate and sat for a solid 10 minutes before the waiter asked if I wanted more. I went ahead and placed my second order, butdidn't receive it until everyone at my table had already finished eating. On that plate, I received 5 tiny boneless wings withno more fries. Food was good. Hot and fresh, friendly staff
Ordered our food and while waiting on it I was enjoying a nice glass of ice tea. About half way finished with the tea I noticed... something that dint look, shall we say normal, there was a roach embedded in one of the ice cubes. I showed the young malewaiter and asked what he thought it to be. Management came to our table and apologized and said our meal was on them. I am handicapped and alone and could hardly open the door. I had to ask the girl who normally checks people in to help me. She... finally did and wasn't doing anything else. I also use a cane to walk. After I got seated and ordered my food, it took anextremely long time to get my food. 32 minutes to be exact. The medium well 6 oz. sirloin steak I ordered was overcooked, verydry, tough to eat and looked like it was only about 4 oz instead. The steamed broccoli was good but the green beans were notcooked at all. Very raw. I will never go to this Applebee's again. Read more
We got the to go garden salad with chicken on top. The chicken was cold and dry mostly all crust; the garden salad was two... slivers of lettuce the rest cole-slaw. I?m not sure why? Not going back to Applebees. Read more
We waited for a table for almost 30 minutes when there were 12 tables open. When we were finally seated, it was another 15 min... or so before our waiter came, and took our drink order and appetizer. We ordered the boneless wings, they brought us the wrongappetizer, took forever to get our meals. My husband and I were up all night sick to our stomachs. We were there 2.5 hours andour waiter completely disappeared and never saw him again. We had to ask for our check and it was just horrible service. Thefries were easy to salty.
