Pretzels were very hard and cooked to long I am usually impressed but this time doesn?t sit well with me

There was a young man and a woman working when we went in. He didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and the woman who was... making the pretzels was coughing her head off for the whole time we were standing there. Both the pretzels and the pretzelnuggets in a cup were completely burned on the bottom. Won't be stopping there again. Very disappointed. Read more

I am disappointed. The guys working had no idea what he was doing or where anything was and was rude like we interrupted him.... Was not helpful at all. And it was cold. You could tell it had sat there most of the day. I like the idea of them paired withcinnabon but it does no good if you serve cold hard food and have ill-mannered staff. Read more
