The restaurant is dated and heavily smelled that can cause headaches. Foods are looking good but not taste right, not authentic... for sure. Read more

We decided to give this place a try earlier today. If you can get past the overwhelming cigar smell from the shop next door, and... the iffy decor, you might be lucky enough to see the cook (?) air out his toes in the middle of the restaurant proped on thebooth and all. The food was okay, the barbecue pork was crunchy and tough which was just a weird texture. The only rewardingfactor of this place was our waiter, he was very attentive, very nice and friendly, and I would give him 5 stars alone if Icould. Read more

The food was probably 4-stars. I had the V3 pork and shrimp vermicelli bowl, which is one of my all time favorite Vietnamese... dishes and how I rate most restaurants. The meat was grilled beautifully and the flavor was good, but it could have used a bitless sugar in the fish sauce you pour on top. My partner had the chicken curry, which was nice, but definitely also on thesweeter side of Vietnamese curries (we’ve traveled there and ate EVERYTHING, so I feel like we’re pretty well versed inauthentic flavors). I’d get takeout from there, but wouldn’t eat in-house again because the whole place reeked of tobaccosmoke, which was starting to make me feel sick and make my throat close. If you’re not sensitive to smoke, you’d be fine, but if you are, I’d avoid the place. Strange since it’s a non-smoking venue… Read more

Their Chicken Pho is so good I always forget to take a pictures. It is perfect for a cold day when you’re feeling “bleh.”... ???? The side of fried rice is cheap, filling, and tasty. I always have good service here too! My favorite thing their is theSpring Rolls and Peanut sauce. You get 2 in an order and I would eat 4 of them for a meal and be very happy. Read more

I love Vietnamese food. Bambu is one of our favorites in Springfield. I used to hate spring rolls but Bambu’s are great. They... do not put too much Thai basil in them. I normally get the steak special. The beef is cooked to perfection. It is tender andjuicy. The pickled veggies are a nice refreshing addition to the meal. This time I had the V3. It is charbroiled shrimp andbarbecue pork on vermicelli. It was very good. The sauces they bring with the food are great. My favorite is the peanut sauce. Read more

My new favorite restaurant! I am sad to say that for the longest time I dismissed the thought of trying this restaurant. I... cannot believe that I have missed out on this cuisine for so long! The menu is extremely descriptive and the staff is veryknowledgeable and will put up with a lot of questions (trust me, I asked a LOT) The food was quite simply amazing. Every singlething that was served to my party was full of flavor and unique. If you haven't given this establishment a chance I beg you todo it. You definitely will not regret! Read more
