Warmly greeted with a ????? as we walked in, Bawi is a nice restaurant with super friendly staff and super yummy food. It's all... you can eat, with standard and premium 2 hour buffet plans. The server was quick to our table at intervals during our visit. Wedidn't even have to push a call button. She tended to our every request and made sure we had plenty to drink. Of course thefood was delicious. It was fun to grill our own foods and read the guides on their website about how to eat correctly. There arelots of options and even a little ice cream for dessert at the end. Read more

This was mine and my family's first experience eating here, and I was very disappointed. We definitely should have done more... research beforehand, but overall the experience wasn't enjoyable. We paid $23 per person and then still had to cook our ownfood. I understand that cooking it for yourself is a part of the experience and it's all you can eat, but I still think $23 is alittle steep. If I wanted to have an expensive all you can eat dinner I could go to Re Rico's and have a lot more options(meats, smoked pineapple, amazing salad bar etc). The service wasn't very good, but we also had a young man who was training serve us,so I can't put too much blame on him. Read more

Really neat spot! You pick 4 meats and unlimited sides, it’s all you can eat for 2 hours. We had a great time making our own... little wraps. I feel like we could’ve had a bit more instruction but other than that it was fantastic!! Read more

My first time here and I'm definitely coming back. The cooking the food together is a nice dining experience and can make for a... romantic atmosphere. The second time I came back things were different but it was still just as good. 10 out of 10. Read more

First of all, Jon and Bailey were amazing! We were a party of six and none of us had ever been to Bawi. Our inquisitive and... hungry minds had lots of questions and these two were so patient to answer them all. A few people in my group kept gettingconfused and I'm embarrassed to say irritable simply because they were equally confused and hungry. Neither Jon nor Bailey letthe abrupt grumpiness phase them and continued to provide above and beyond service. They more than anything else made this amemorable experience. I can't praise them enough because as we all know, our current covid world has produced many challengesincluding staffing shortages. People still want to dine out but not as many people want to work. These two are a treasure toBawi. Seriously, if you can request to sit in Bailey's section, do it. She is incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and evenhumorous. Jon is excellency pleasant, patient, and just as helpful. Everyone in my group is a meat eater except me, I'm avegetarian. Since everyone has to order the same thing, we all ordered the premium dinner. Bawi is accommodating to vegetariansand only charged mine as a standard dinner instead of a premium priced meal. Moreover, since (in the midst of all our questions)they forgot to tell us large amounts of leftovers are charged an additional $10, they didn't even add on the upcharge. Thepancakes and the spring rolls were especially delicious, I got to try a new beer, and to our surprise dinner was topped off withan adorable dessert of vanilla ice cream, a half moon pie, and chocolate syrup! I ate so quickly I forgot to take pictures buthere are a few I remembered to squeeze in at the end. This was such a fun experience! If you're looking for something out of theordinary but don't want to sacrifice quality of taste, this is the place to go. Read more

This is easily one of the best restaurants in Springfield, MO. Incredible service, amazing food, seasoned and marinated to... perfection. The decor is gorgeous and intimate. It is definitely the kind of place to bring friends and family to sit and eat, talk and have a good time with conversation. Helpful staff that actually have a good knowledge of how to assist and contributeto the experience. It's worth every cent and your time will be well spent as well. Read more

I went to this place the weekend before last and they failed to open the doors at open and after about 15 minutes of standing in... front of the doors we left. The next day we tried again and they were open and the experience was good. The had a tea dispenserin front that was cheap (a quarter) which allowed you to try some great tea. We sat after waiting maybe 10 minutes. The servicewas polite and knowledgeable. We got the standard all you can eat which was $20/person. I think kids under a certain age eatfree (ours didn't eat anything sooo I am glad they have that option). Everything was good. Read more
