I was really looking forward to eating here, as it is known to have good service and equally good food. Unfortunately neither... was up to what I had hoped. It took 30 mins just for our waitress to acknowledge we were there, about the same amount of timeafter that to get our food and unfortunately it was over cooked. The fries were good though. I went with the family and enjoyed the experience. Nice atmosphere. No complaints about the service or food. The location... doesn't give much to look at while eating other than passing cars on a main road, but I cant hold that against them. Read more

Bad, slow sevice. Bartender was sitting mixer bottles (filthy) down in the ice that they were serving people. 2 small children... came and sat at the bar and threw napkins and yelled constantly. Bartender did nothing bc he was busy hangin with 2 regulars andgiving them free shots and cocktails. Food was cold, and very bad. Counter was sticky and filthy. Overall it was reallydisappointing. The food was horrible, I ordered two mini shrimp kids meals, one with loaded fries and one with a salad as a small treat for my... kids at 9:16PM on T 6/30. As directed online the order should have been done around 9:37PM. We arrived and there was nobody insight so we went to the bar. Your bartender was in the middle of making a drink and was not timely at all, not evenacknowledging our presence for so long I was going to just ask for a refund but he finally came over, went to the kitchen andcame back stating our fries had been burnt and would have to be replaced. This was 940. We waited at the bar for a while neverbeing addressed after that. Finally at 10pm we walked around until we found someone. Your staff is very good at avoiding eyecontact and dodging patrons. 10 more minutes and we had a bag. I live .1m from the restaurant. One mini shrimp had 6 tiny shrimpthe other double that, both ice cold and the fries were luke warm at best. I was furious after waiting an hour to finddisgusting cold food I wouldn't feed a dog. Server review: We called ahead to reserve a room for a private event. They did not prepare for our event what so ever. Multiple... people in our group did not receive their food including the birthday girl after everyone was done eating. After someone finallyasked what orders we where missing the food was brought out wrong. When it was ?corrected? it was brought at wrong again. Thesteak was waaaaay over cooked, food was cold, sauce was wrong. If you are wanting to having a big event here thinktwice. Edit; Emailed the reply below and never got a response back. Only got this high because of waitress. Levi was the hostess and was very unprofessional. Would have left on his words alone,... but it was late so we stayed. The food was good, steak cooked as ordered. Food is worth going for. But Levi the hostess shouldbe fired. Also, should an appetizer be delivered well before the main course ?
