I'm actually truck driver and was lucky enough to encounter this awesome mobile BBQ setup at the underground. Got the brisket, ... jalapeño cheddar sausage, an amazing mixture of pulled pork, cheese, and olive tapenade (with huge chunks olive andbeautifully smoked pork), and the fried green beans. All of the meat was so good, I just dipped it in the drippings. I'msaving the sauce he gave me for some grilled chicken when i get home. Incredibly friendly, sociable, clean, and a helluvagentleman. Made me feel like we're old buddies. In would recommend this to the most cynical of picky eaters. Those fried greenbeans? Bro... addictive. Read more
