Great place with so many choices. We had burgers & another had a nice salad. Shakes instead of sodas. Wow!

I went in to get some ice cream. There was no one on the ice cream side to take orders. The people on the side where they... ordered food just kind of ignored me and the rest were focused on the window. I stood there for 10 minutes and finally asked ifthey had anyone for the ice cream side. She looked and said-oh I guess I will have to do that too but started can order withpeople that just walked in. I waited a few more minutes and finally left. I know businesses are having a hard time findingemployees but there should be someone to take the order of a customer standing in front of them. Read more

There is nothing better than Braums dairy, it's locally owned farms that put jobs in the community, the humanely treated beef... with no hormones or chemicals and let's never forget the ice cream, made from their own cream. Try a double strawberry shakedrizzled with caramel over the whip cream. It's a meal in itself but one you won't forget and it will have you coming back formore. While you're there add one of their beautiful, juicy fresh beef burgers topped with REAL CHEESE, not pasteurized processcheese food and/or product. Then there's the raspberry salad.... don't get me started. There's not enough room to go item byitem. Before you leave grab a gallon of milk. It will make you spoiled for the rest of your life, never to taste that cookedwhite water they push at the other stores again. And take home some of that locally raised beef too! I won't call it a fastfood restaurant no matter what the outside looks like. Inside its 5 star food and quality you won't get anywhere in apre-packaged brick chain with those bread/beef/soy pattys seen on every corner. If you have been resisting Braums for anyreason let me say one thing to you... BIG MISTAKE!!! Rectify that mistake as life is too short to eat food that doesn't leaveyou feeling like you saw a slice of heaven in that meal. Read more

The drive thru was out of order which caused everyone to have to go inside to place their orders. The staff took care of the... rush without a hitch! Great customer service. Great experience. Read more

They must charge their employees for handing out sauce. I always get scoffing employees when I ask for more sauce. I went thru... today and asked for 4 BBQ sauce packets when I ordered. Got my bag of food and only had 1 sauce pack. No big deal; I understandthings get lost in translation. However, I specifically asked for 3 more packets, and the guy hands me two, and then scoffedwhen I asked for another one. Maybe I?m being unreasonable, but I shouldn?t have to feel like I?m an inconvenience for askingfor sauce, nor should I be treated like it is coming out of the employees pocket. Read more

Kids always love coming to Braums. We always order the same thing. Bag of cheeseburgers with a few large fries and a drink. ... The line from the drivethrough was out the road. Line inside was 4 or 5. Took 20 mins to order food. Short handed and allworking hard. Another 25 mins to get our food. Hamburgers. No cheese got charged 40 cents for a slice of cheese. And thencharged like I had ordered like 5 meals. 3.00 more than a bag of burgers. Plus the cheese. Not sure ill be back. Things arepricey as it is. Girl even asked how to ring me up. Not happy being so over charged, and kids were unhappy about no cheese. Read more
