I used to live right next to this location, and oh how I miss it. Being a woman of habit I always ordered the same thing,... chicken fingers and fries, sometimes chips (rounded fries?). The big draw is you can request many varying dry rubs and honestlythe variety of sauces available is amazing. There's a level of heat (or lack of it for those that want it) for everyone. Just beprepared for those at the top of the scale! Environment is also very nice. There are many TVs about that have multiple sportsrunning. Ya know, I've always enjoyed Buffalo wild wings. But today my experience was truly made when my waitress, who goes by the name... of "Bella" served us. She was absolutely incredible, I have never had a better waitress in my life. She absolutely made my nightand I couldn't be more blessed to have such an incredible waitress. Buffalo Wild Wings is quite a good restaurant, but it is 10x better on Thursdays. The wings while exquisite, are quite stingy in... their cost per wing. Always like trying the new wing sauces and dry rub flavors. The salt and vinegar dry rub was surprisingly really good. ... Thursday it was buy an order of boneless wings and get an order free. Well first of all it took forever for the guy to take our order . We ordered an appetizer that contained brisket waiter said... let me check to see if we have brisket 15 minutes later he confirmed they did have brisket we ordered an appetizer ..... Thenordered food The food came out no appetizer still .Then he acted like he didn't recall an appetizer.Really. So me and my sonboth had a brisket burger wich comes with sauce on it....well my sons was right mine was very dry . He took forever to refilldrinks I never got a refill at all.He brought 2 go utensils with only 1 small napkin each we all had messy burgers with slaw onthem so the 4 of us shared 2 small napkins. Server was fine and the drinks were fine. That was it though. You know when you try your fries the day after leaving it out... overnight? That is how my fries were served to me. Already cold, dried, and hard with almost no warmth. Fries would have beenbetter if it was left in a warmer than these. The wait for food was not that long so I don’t blame the server for not servingus on a timely manner. The buns on my veggie burger was colder than room temperature and it just didn’t have the rightconsistency either. Did they keep the buns in the fridge or something? The cheese on my patty was not melted at all. Did theyjust microwave the paddy and put cheese on top? The burger came out sloppy too. The cauliflower wings for my fiancé was alittle better but still not that warm and the sauce was already solidifying. We did not put in a complaint because we did notwant to ruin the next activity nor did we want to wait longer for food to be made properly.
