Hair in my sandwich which they nicely remade. A customer, or employee off the clock hung out at the counter eating a salad,... flipping her hair all around, joking with staff, and fiddeling with the napkin dispenser. It was very inappropriate. She blockedthe napkins and ketchup, distracted workers, and was in the way of customers. She should have been asked to eat at a seat andnot linger with employees. Read more

I'm guessing due to staffing shortages it took forever to get food especially when 5 cars are ahead of you.
