My husband was waiting at the drive thru for over 12 minutes for his order to be taken. Very frustrated we just pulled up to the... window to have our order taken. Seems like everytime we come to this location the service gets worse and worse. Before wevisited Inside the restaurant where we were subjected to employees making inappropriate comments to each other and making theatmosphere awkward for our visit. We have to do better BK. Hair in my sandwich which they nicely remade. A customer, or employee off the clock hung out at the counter eating a salad,... flipping her hair all around, joking with staff, and fiddeling with the napkin dispenser. It was very inappropriate. She blockedthe napkins and ketchup, distracted workers, and was in the way of customers. She should have been asked to eat at a seat andnot linger with employees. Read more

I put a review in already and can?t find it. They rush you a lot in the drive through Chris the manager is ok with it. I didn?t... get a chance to complete my order and they kept pushing. I won?t go back through the drive through and probably not at all. Veryrude Read more

I'm guessing due to staffing shortages it took forever to get food especially when 5 cars are ahead of you. Doesn't help when... most of the employees are rude or standing there waiting for the food instead of helping co-workers or doing somethingproductive like taking my payment maybe?? ???? Read more

Ordered a combo in the mobile app. When got to drive-through to confirm, I requested no onions. I was assured no onions came on... the burger. But when I got home, there were onions. Called back to report and the person I reported it to seemed disinterestedand hung up while I was still talking. Read more

Few weeks ago we stopped in to use some coupons and they were pretty busy. After about 15-20 mins sitting in the lobby waiting... for our order it never came. When I went to the counter i could see our order had been deleted from the screen. I seen grubhubwas in a few mins prior to pick up the exact same thing and I think they got our order. Anyways, the female manager wasfriendly, apologetic, and comped our entire meal. Then she gave the boys a slice a pie. I wish i would have gotten hername...... She deserves a raise. Read more

Got my Whopper totally wrong, but the flavor of the meat is the best of any fastfood burger, so, I'll keep going back. Great... flavored fries, too! They just always get it wrong when I ask for extra pickles, extra Mayo with no ketchup. Wrong. Every.Single. Time. ?? Read more
