Best Burger King in the area. When I go to this location, I get what I want, no more, no less. The burgers always have that... distinct charred taste and the ingredients/condiments always taste fresh. Not to mention their new chicken sandwiches. DEARGOD. They are far larger and far better tasting than you would expect from fast food. There is always a wait, but that'sjust....kind of a Burger King thing no matter where you are. Worst fast food establishment I have ever been to in my life. Sat at the board for 4 minutes with no answer. Pulled up to window... where a female who claimed to be a manager completely ruined my order by trying to make me pay full price for items on the 2 for6 menu. When I pointed this out she got an even bigger attitude with me saying that it was my fault it wasn't rang in correctly(I didn't know I was an employee here but if I was I would work circles around all of the current employees they have) Becauseof her attitude I asked for a refund and she then had to go get someone else to do it for her I asked to speak to a manager andboth her and the dude almost simultaneously snapped off "we were the manager" and then slammed the window. @burger King- ifyou're wandering why people stopped coming to your establishments well it's situations like this that make people not come backI for one will never go back Read more
I had the most terrible experience at this Burger King. I wish I could give 0 stars. To begin with, my grandma, children, and... myself pulled into the drive through at about 11:30am on July 7, 2022. Nobody answered the speaker for several minutes so Ipulled to the window. I waited several more minutes before anyone came to the window and when she did, she said she had justfired someone and that's why she wasnt saying anything. So I tried to begin ordering which began with a free whopper code fromthe online survey which she put in and then said it's not free. It's a dollar and something. So I said that's okay and tried tocontinue ordering while she continued to close the window over and over while I was trying to order. When I finally got to orderI ordered a chicken sandwich and a quarter pound king. She told me the total which ended up being 13 something and I handed herthe card out of reaction but soon realized it shouldn't have been that high. I asked when she opened the window if the chickensandwich and quarter pound king are on the 2 for 6 and she said "you didn't say it like that" and tried to blame me for hermistake. When I asked for a refund she didn't even know how to do that and had some guy come help her so I asked who the managerwas. She said rudely that "they" are the manager so I said okay Im letting you know I'm calling corporate and she laughed andhanded me my card and slammed the window closed. I was nice until the point of her blaming me and then mildly irritated but Iwas never really rude. I was already having a stressful day and my grandma, 7 year old son and my 10 year old disabled son allwitnessed this terrible behavior. I'm so embarrassed that they felt I deserve this treatment. I think Burger King has won the chicken sandwich game. The size of it alone for the price puts it above the competition. The... flavor and mouth feel is shockingly impressive. The Savory Sauce is perfect. The slight change to the ketchup compliments thefries. 4 stars because the fries were cold, old, and soggy. But the new hand-breaded chicken sandwich is a massive win!
