What happened to this Burger King? We love BK but this one was not clean at the moment you walked in! Our burgers were large and... well cooked but the buns were so dry they fell apart as we ate. The onion rings have changed too from the last time we'veordered- undercooked maybe? Likewise the French fries. The ceiling had many water leak stains with buckets on the floor and onewhole table section blocked off with the tile floor saturated with water. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR DRINK STATION AND ENTRANCE DOORS! The play area is fun for the kids, but the food was old, hard and kinda icky. They made a few mistakes putting our order... together, and became agitated when I asked for my missing items. A lot of water was spilled on the floor, but no one cleanedthe mess, when we suggested at least putting a "caution wet floor sign" over the spill, the manager said they had put one out awhile ago, but it's missing now. So, that tells me they knew the spill was there for a while and made no effort to clean. ACUSTOMER in line saw the sign in another part of the restaurant and placed it over the spill. The kids had fun, but didn'tfinish their food. The adults did not have fun. I have a bit of indigestion from tasting all that grease from the fryers whichtasted very old and rancid. Read more
I wasn?t sure what to order so Jake came up from the back and we figured it out together. He asked what my taste preferences... were and suggested the Double Southwest burger. He then went and made the perfect sandwich. Jake needs a raise! Today they get 5stars! Thanks guys! Read more
We brought the kids here to play in the playroom! It is meant for slightly older kids such as three and up that can climb by... themselves. Our 18-month-old needed help from an adult, But either way both girls had a blast! We will definitely be returning.The food was hot and delicious as always. They gave us fries instead of onion rings but corrected it immediately. Read more
Meal was nearly$15 for Luke warm fries, chicken sandwich was not hot but Luke warm and cheddar bytes were luke warm. All... precooked and held in a warmer for about $15. Over priced for low quality. Internal temp of chicken was 114 degrees. I pitchedthis trash and will not give my money again to burger King. Read more
BK big fish is definitely no longer "BIG", oddly the price increased and portion size fell right off. I don't even know why they... offer shakes here with the array of chains that offer REAL ICE CREAM shakes in Springfield. Nothing beats the taste ofartificial ice cream on a hot summer day (Insert sarcasm here). Whopper was cold with cheese that wasn't even melted. Thisfranchisee is definitely not one of the best for BK in terms of food quality, preparation and staffing. Carroll 's Corporation(BK largest and best franchisee) would definitely close this location down if it were one of their restaurants. With Culver's,Freddy's, and soon Whataburger, I don't know what will keep this location going. Read more
