I use to stop here frequently but as of late I haven't had a chance. I have always loved the family platter here. Have gotten delivery a couple of times recently and got a sample platter. The fish and all of the sides are fantastic! They also... had a great variety of dipping sauces and provide a couple of each that you choose. Read more
I got a new spicy fish and shrimp meal for 5.99. Good value and a lot of food. Shrimp was perfect. Not overly breaded like... others. Slaw was tasty. Fish was only 1 piece but was good. I haven't been here in years. Glad i went. Staff could be morefriendly. That would make it 5 stars. Read more
I have been going to this location for many years, probably 25 , today we ordered our food, 2 piece fish etc. The food came, I... cut into the fish and it looked like chicken, say what! Went back to register to ask if it was fish????...why yes she said, wecan't get flounder so we are serving you swai...yet no one in the building is bothering to tell the customer they are getting adifferent product than was advertised. I would have been more acceptable of this had they let me make the decision, and no Idid not like the taste or texture! Read more
I'm very patient when it comes to things, and after 3 visits I'm ready to leave this review. **all 3 visits were in the drive... thru** Sadly I'm going to start off with the things that need attention... Out of my 3 visits only 1 time could the persontaking my order understand (hear) me. There is something up with the microphone at the drive thru menu board. The person thathanded out my food were always "sad". I did come at various times, and they weren't busy in the drive thru, so that was justweird to me. All 3 times I ordered catfish. I'm happy they cook the catfish made to order, but they should communicate that,not just with me, but to everyone. It's a drive thru, most people expect speedy service in a drive thru. Lastly be upbeat andsay hello, sorry for your wait, please come back... something! ???? Oh and the visit today (receipt pictured) they hadn'topened the window yet and it took the manager a bit to open it.... might want to look at that. ???? Now to the good.... Thefood and drinks were amazing! Fresh catfish everytime I've ordered it. All food was hot and very tasty! Each time my orderswere over $13. Fresh fast lunch meal. Everything was delicious. The tea was good and didn't have a spoiled taste. Very satisfying.
Store is clean and quiet. Mostly the older crowd, which we have now become. Fresh and hot fish, coleslaw was crispy and tasty.
