Cashew Chef is solid. I've not had any bad meal from there really. There may be one offs but it's my all time go to!

I stopped by on a whim, so I didn't have any expectations. I ordered the veggie spring rolls and veggie lo mein. The spring... rolls were almost what I was expecting, but they were a bit over-fried and put into the styrofoam go-box while they were stilltoo hot, so they literally melted through the side, and melted the lid of the plastic cup of duck sauce in the box. The lo meinwas a bit underwhelming too. First, it tasted like it was made with beef or chicken stock--which would make it non-vegetarian.Second, the broccoli was almost raw and I'm not a fan of bamboo shoots. The meal wasn't terrible, but I probably wouldn't go outof my way to have it again. Read more
Very yummy food, I took a star off because their "Hot and Spicy" was described to be a "medium" heat, but on a spicy rating of 1... to 10, 10 being hottest, I give it a 1. Not spicy. Edit as of June 1st, 2022: Tried the Beef Kung Pow, something that is widelyknown for spicy, and there is a mild (at best) spicy factor to it. Lowering reviews from 4 stars to 2 stars. My curry paste isspicier than this. July 26th, 2022. Ordered Kung Pao Chicken and this time it was all cabbage. Literally only going here forcheap sushi. The rest of the menu is complete trash. This place has the most FANTASTIC fried rice! I love it!! ???? Sweet and sour chicken is delicious, and the crab rangoons are... yummy ???? I wouldn't go anywhere else for Chinese food. Read more
I can?t stand when a business thinks it?s ok to argue with a customer. The blonde girl at the register taking orders misheard... our order that was supposed to be to go. Starts to box it up then leaves it sitting on the counter to take a bunch of differentorders then goes back to boxing our order up the whole time with no gloves.
