Yesterday I had left the hospital to grab some lunch. The young man that delivered my food to my car noticed my license plate... and asked if I had watched the Chiefs game Thursday. He told me he got to go with the owner. I explained we had season ticketsbut my Father is in the hospital and I couldn?t leave him. We chatted about the game then he asked if he could add my Dad to hisprayer list. He asked for his name. My food is always good here. However, yesterday?s service made a difference in my day. Love this place. If I had to give any feedback it would be that sometimes the crispy nuggets aren't always nuggets and more... breading. If you get an 8 count sometimes like 2 or 3 are just breading and no chicken. Read more

Just want to say I came back to this cfa recently to grab a quick bite to eat and literally everything that I pointed out in my... original review were done in a very proper fashion. I just wanted to say that after being a bit harsh that this cfa is a greatplace and even though I didn't have the best service 1 time, they made every time I've visited since then so much better 11/10on the service and the food! Note: I was very hungry when I recently visited and forgot to grab pictures but I'll try to grabsome next time Original review: First of all I myself work at a chickfila location here in Springfield MO. I recently got foodto go here with my family and noticed a few things, first, incorrectly bagged food (fries stacked on fries(crushes the bottomfries). 3 items stacked on top of each other crushing the 12 nugget box). And secondly they forgot all of our sauces for all 4of our meals. I want to mention that I love chickfila and what we stand for but there's a few that just feel below standardsometimes, which I'm sure it's not always like this but it does happen (which it does everywhere sometimes) but this also hasn'tbeen my first complaint out of this location. - CFA employee from another CFA Read more

Line is around the block as usual. So I did the right thing and parked and went inside. Great atmosphere for sure, and was out... with a 5 person order before the car that would have been in front of me was at the window. Win win !! Read more
