I met my mom here for lunch today while she was watching my toddler niece and infant nephew. This is by far our favorite Chick Fila location. The owner/operators are extremely friendly and truly care about their customers... and employees. The food speaks for itself?ahhmazzinng. Constantly an issue that I?m not getting what I?m paying for. At this point will be driving further for a different location or... going elsewhere for my needs. As with pretty much all Chik-fil-As I've been too, service was really great. The food was fresh and tasty. The parking lot at... this location can be kind of crazy at times and the line for the drive thru often spills into the road and blocks traffic. I?m really surprised I?m writing this review right now. Normally this is our go-to fast food restaurant. Usually the team... members are extraordinarily pleasant and happy to help. This time a particular employee was not Kaylee a night time supervisorwas extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. My family and I ordered Just under $50 dollars worth of food which is normalbut this time we ordered a 30 pack of chicken nuggets to try and save a little bit of money. When we got home our order wasshort about 6 nuggets I say about because there was another nugget thing in the box it wasn?t really a normal nugget so Ihonestly wanted to get it replaced as well. I had my receipt and Kaylee answered my call. When I tried to explain what hadhappened to her she asked if I had taken pictures? Never would I have thought to take pictures of missing food that could easilybe faked so I didn?t think that would be an effective way of proving I was missing food. She started off refusing to help mebecause I had already served my children some of the food since I made them wait till we got home to eat anyways and they werehungry, the food was also getting cold. I then asked her to speak to her manager which she replied I am the manager. So I askedto speak to someone else, she told me to hold on then came back and said, ?If that really did happen I can?t replace the fullmeal, I can only get you a 8 or a 12 piece meal.? I told her only the 6 we?re really necessary but why is she questioning mewhen it comes to an order they made a mistake on? She did apologize after that but never before for the mistake she was rude theentire time. I was told I could come back and get the 6 piece but I didn?t bother. McDonald?s doesn?t question they?re guestswhen there?s an order mess up I wouldn?t assume they would either especially with a receipt. They?ve lost my business. Read more
