We ordered ahead on the app. Our food was ready as promised. However, one end of my burrito had no salsa and the other end had... little rice. It was poorly made and disappointing. Also, this location has the worst parking lot to get in and out of. Thissituation is made worse by food delivery drivers parking in the middle of the already crowded aisles. Avoid! Read more

Such a disappointment. Moved to Missouri from Denver and was excited to see there was a Chipotle a little over from my house.... Drove out today and the exterior of the building had a lot of trash. Mind you it was windy soI put that into consideration. Thefront door was full of hand prints and the interior probably hadn?t been swept for the day. The bathroom was clean and fullystocked(kudos). When I ordered the gentleman was so friendly and personable. He was able to accommodate my request of nocilantro and even used a new spoon as to not cross contaminate. The cook even said hello! I am not sure if the staff has beentrained on portion sizes as the meat and beans were not what I have been typically served. After checking out I went to thedrink station and noticed only 2 forks and zero napkins. I went to the register and asked if I was able to get a napkin and thegal at the pick up shelf said ?No you can not because they were out.? Surprised at that one. Food is delicious as always wasjust super disappointed with this store as I visited Chipotle a couple of times a week for lunch in Colorado and they set veryhigh standards. Read more

My wife loves this place. Me, well, not so much. I did enjoy my lunch here today though. They let this senior get a kids meal... that was a deal. Three sides, fruit, milk, and a quesadilla. All for 3.99. Just the right amount of food. Read more

Good food, though there is a theft problem. Order for about 10 minutes after you plan to get there, or else it may disappear.... Also, check your bag before leaving. It's hectic back there and things get mixed up. Luckily they'll remake your food forfree. Food service is hard and this particular franchise is constantly filled. This is more of a Chipotle Corporate problem.They need to figure out a more secure way to store their takeout. Read more

I went to this place today for the first time. I'm telling you, somebody is going to get put in ICU for eating there!???? The... front door had hand and finger prints all over it, ALL of the tables had smudges on them from being wiped with something thatwas already dirty! Food on the floor, trash can over flowing, the pans that food was served from had dry, nasty looking food inthem and some pans were empty and dirty and needed to be replaced. The grill looked as if it had NEVER seen oven cleaner. It wasblacker than black. I didn't over anything to eat! If you ever want to off somebody, take them there to eat! Read more

Slow. They had no clue how to use the rewards. Had to pay for what should have been free chips w/ guac. My kids orange looked... bad. Food tasted good. Read more

Placed a mobile pickup order today 12/9/21. Got home to discover my order was completely wrong. No salsa. No cheese. No sour... cream. No veggies. But I did get lettuce which I didn?t order. Not only is it not what I ordered but look at this servingsize.. tiny even though I ordered extra on the rice. Safe to say I?m done wasting money here. Stay far away from thisChipotle, it needs help. Got a BOGO offer because my first order was a bowl that was only half full. So I cash in that offer and get a bowl for my wife... and a burrito for myself. My burrito completely fell apart as soon as I opened the foil. Then, my wife?s bowl had a hair thatwas embedded in a piece of chicken and a bug that was just hanging out in the sour cream. Read more
