If I could leave no stars I would. Literally every single time I?ve came here they?ve messed up my food. And take forever and... have terrible customer service. This last time I did an online order for a chicken quesadilla and chips. My quesadilla literallydid not come as a quesadilla it came as a bowl with no cheese or tortilla. They also did not give me my chips. It took foreverfor the lady to even acknowledge I was there while I was the only one there. They were not busy. I will never be going back. Read more

Ordered from DoorDash this evening and this is the side of guacamole that came with my food. Nasty. It is brown/black and had... probably been made yesterday. I would not serve this to my dog. I can?t believe someone thought this looked ok to serve someone.It had been years since I had ordered food from here and it will probably be a few more before I eat here again. Read more

This chipotle location is the worst! I ordered a burrito bowl and two kids quesadillas online. The rice was undercooked and... hard, and the quesadillas weren?t even cooked all the way. I had to reheat them on a skillet. My chicken was sliced so sloppilyand there was a spoiled end of a romaine head in my burrito bowl as well. What in the world is this?? Entered at 845pm and they do not close until 10. Lobby looked already shut down except for a few tables. Most of the crew was... visiting among each other other than one female associate that was talking to a customer, bragging on the nipple piercings shewas going to get the next day. Almost left because nobody even acknowledged us being there even though there was only onecustomer that was at the cash register. First item was a burrito bowl which was loaded with rice and barely any meat. Second wasa burrito that was about the same. They appeared to not restock any of the different toppings and add-ons. Most items wereeither empty or close to it. Ask for chips and queso and was told they were completely out of it. Then we asked to sit in thelobby and was told that we couldn't due to "half of this closing staff has to open in the morning so the lobby is closed becausewe want sleep..." Very frustrated with this whole visit. Customer behind us even asked for guacamole for their order and wastold they were out of it even though there was some in the pan. The food that they did have was good. Overall it was very dirty and nasty. Food all over the floor in the dining area. Air vents... covered in dirt. Even the vents above the food prep area. Bathroom trash all over the floor. My son had a pick up order placed,after a 45 minute wait had to cancel the order. Read more

I come here almost weekly and I have noticed the quality going down which I hate because I love Chipotle but today I got a to go... order online and when I got there a bunch of people were waiting to get their on line orders from behind the register. Thefemale staff was avoiding eye contact with us and walking away when we would try to ask a question. Once I got my bowl it washalf empty, cold, and one piece of onion for my fajita veggies. Unfortunately this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I have ever had. There were only 3 parties ahead of us when we... walked in and we still waited 20 minutes before getting our food. There were no less than 9 people waiting for their pick uporders. They were out of multiple things such as salad, and the beans looked so dry that we didn't even order any. I get supplyshortages and if that were the only issue, there would be no issue. I also understand that they were shorthanded. There wereonly 4 people working that I could see. But 3 of the 4 were moving slower than molasses. There is no way they were not under theinfluence of SOMETHING. I watched the gentleman that was in charge of cooking walk slowly to the spices, pick up a handful ofcilantro, and slowly sprinkle it over the food taking a full 90 seconds and watching it like it was amazing glitter falling fromhis hands. The girl working the line was struggling to use a spoon. Literally every scoop she did took 2-3 tries. Pick up alittle, try to shake off a little, shake off too much, try again. EVERY SCOOP. And she still couldn't get it right, and myhusband had to ask for more [insert ingredient] on several occasions. The only person that seemed to have a pep in her step wasthe woman ringing everyone up. She probably should have been working the line, but I doubt you could trust the super scooper towork the register. We decided to not eat inside where all the chairs were up on the tables except for two tables. It seemedawkward to eat while so many people were STILL waiting for their food. The line was out the door and the dining area was fillingup with people waiting for their mobile orders. Fast forward to getting home. This is possibly the worst experience at this location I've ever had! They were out of crunchy taco shells, corn salsa and more... that others were trying to order. The manager was also helping fulfill the orders and had ZERO empathy when people expressedtheir disappointment with the missing items. She did not apologize she just moved to the next person in line. Being shortstaffed is hard, I understand that. But she did NOT handle it correctly. Not to mention the missing items had to be an issuewith thr store. My food was very sloppily put together. She didn't even put cheese on one of my tacos and hardly any of theother toppings.
