We love Cracker Barrel and stop anytime we see one, however if this was our first visit we would not return. On this cool... November morning the fireplace was not lit. Only 3 tables were occupied in our section and it took approximately 20 minutes totake our order. Another 30 minutes to be served our food which was colder than the plates it was served on. The biscuits andgravy came out in a basket with a community bowl of gravy and we had to make our own. Although we were not charged for our coldmeals, the manager never came to our table to make it right. The restaurant and store were clean. Had breakfast here, everything was good. I had pancakes, hash browns and grits. The restaurant was busy, I was seated quickly.... The server was pleasant and took my order quickly. My food arrived within ten minutes. All in all a very good tasting breakfastat a reasonable price Read more

Very friendly staff who were on top of it even when it was very busy! I got seated right away during dinner rush and my... waitress had a fantastic attitude even when they were so busy. The 2 staff members we spoke to were very polite and helpful! The restaurant was full of people but we barely even had to wait... which was nice. The food was delicious. The only problem we had was we weren't brought out the veggies for two of our meals butthat was okay. Not a big deal for us. My family enjoyed our meals here and the lovely atmosphere.
