It's the 2nd time that I've been to this restaurant in Springfield MO and enjoyed it just as much as the first time I ate there.... Craft Sushi is a clean, medium sized place that serves Sushi Rolls and Poki Bowls that can be customized to your liking. Thefood is ordered from a menu boards above the counter and prepared on the spot. Everything is à la cart and a typical meal costsbetween $15 to $25. It may seem a trifle pricy for this type of place but the food is tasty, food quality is good and the staffis friendly. Read more

I love the concept of craft sushi. Sushi in Springfield has almost exclusively been fancy restaurants with higher prices. Sushi... is fast food, people. This place offers great food at a good price in a laid-back fast-food setting. We've had rolls, bowls, seaweed salads, and a soup. Everything was great. Pictured in this review is a poke bowl with white rice, crab(imitation),cucumber, green onion, carrot, avocado, apples, and topped with siracha mayo, spicy korean, sweet chile, and toasted nori. I have celiac disease and was happy and surprised to see that they have a separate station and ordering system for allergy... orders. That alone would have made me happy, but the sushi was absolutely delicious, fresh, and large portions. I absolutelyrecommend this restaurant. Read more

I am currently very sick. I won't get into detail, but I'll say this is the sickest I've been in a very very very long... time. It's a shame because I was so excited to have poke again. I used to eat poke all the time when I lived in California so Iwas glad to have found this place. The taste was pretty good but the protein portion size was really small (like 6 pieces) soit was 95% rice. I think this is where the issue was. Instead of a normal portion like you would get at a regular pokerestaurant, I had to go order more protein to add to it (another $6) but this time they loaded it up. Not wanting to waste anyof it, I ate it all so yes it is also part my own doing because I didn't have to eat all of it (but if you're paying for food, you should be able to eat all of it). Well, lesson learned, I'll just let it go to waste next time. Judging from the reviews, lots of people eat there without getting sick so luckily I think this is an isolated incident, just be warned if you've ever atepoke anywhere else, you'll know what I'm talking about with the portions. Here you're spending $12 for a bowl of rice. I doubtI'll return. Read more

This is the Crab Rangoon Bowl. Absolutely fantastic. I wish I had known this place existed months ago. So fresh and delicious... and reasonably priced. If you're a fan of sushi I highly recommend this place. They even have an option to let you build yourown roll or Bowl. Some of the best sushi in town hands down. Read more

The sushi is a mess. And both my fiancee and I had upset stomachs after eating. Didn't help the GrubHub driver took our food on... a joyride before delivery. The salmon itself tasted good. Being from Maryland, I was extremely disappointed with the Old Bayrolls. Couldn't even taste the old bay. All the rolls were calling apart and too big. I was hoping for proper, custom sushi butthis is a sad excuse for sushi. If you want sushi, don't come here. Based on taste, I'd say the marinated chicken is what madeus sick. It tasted off. Basically, since we do not know for sure and the rolls are falling apart, it was a $40 pile of garbagefor the dumpster. Extremely disappointed, and shocked at the amount of positive reviews. Scary more people don't appreciatereal sushi. In this COVID world, people have truly chosen quantity and low prices over quality and skill. Read more
