Food is consistently good and fast and they even haven't been forgetting to bring any items. We have ordered a lot from Dominos... but unfortunately we won't be ordering from them anymore because we don't appreciate money being stolen from us. 90% of the timewe add a tip for the driver but this last time I only ordered 2 small items and the cost was already high with the delivery feeso I didn't add a tip. I guess the driver decided to add his own $4 tip. Always check your bank account a day or two afterordering from them to make sure something wasn't added! It was nice of the manager to give us a full refund but I worry aboutordering from them again if they have dishonest drivers. Who knows what they do to your food if they don't see that you've addeda tip. Read more
A typical Domino's. The drive-up window for picking up orders is super convenient, and the pizza is pretty darn good. There is... better pizza I. Town, for sure, but the convenience factor at Domino's is very high. Read more
This has been my go to location to order delivery for over two years now and I've only been let down one time. But that's okay... because I have ordered A LOT over that time period and everyone has a bad day. Every other time, everything has honestly beenpretty much perfect every time! Good Pizza, Good price. We are visiting from out of town in a hotel. We have been ordering dominos for years and after so many bad experiences in our... local town, we?re about to give up on dominos all together. We were not given many options here so decided to order inSpringfield. I literally have never been so pleased. Food was so hot when it arrived within 30 minutes of ordering, order wascorrect, not dry and shy on toppings. The delivery driver was so nice and tried so hard. 115% guys. This is the like 6th time ive ordered from these guys and as always, they deliver. My order from THIS STORE is always... hot. Melty cheese with not super greasy but full of flavor pepperoni and an absolute perfect blend of seasonings. Every store isdifferent but the NIGHT SHIFTS at this store have always been good. Not to mention, as I myself, am a delivery driver, thisstore has drivers with great personalities and always a real joy to talk to. Read more
