Chicken fried chicken was really good. Fish and chips could've used a little more seasoning but it was huge and seemed like good... fish. Read more

We went here with another couple for dinner. That atmosphere is fun. The menu is not the largest, but if you have special... needs-like dairy free, for example, you can get something here. A lot of local and organic, which is cool. I gave this a threestar because we just didn?t really enjoy the food. I had the signature chips and French onion dip and was the only one who likedwhat they ordered. The burgers were dry and fries overcooked. We were disappointed. Read more

The last time we came here was about a year ago. THAT WAS A ?????????? experience. Today at lunch, we were so very disappointed... with our food. So pricey for subpar food. They've changed the entire menu and it felt like they removed all the good optionswith subpar choices instead. I couldn't find anything that appealed to my palate so I ordered the small fish n chips ($15 ????). The ine piece of fish itself was not fishy and was good, but the batter was thick and too done. The Tartar sauce wasn't asflavourful. This is a GREAT place to grab a beer but not food....hence, the name gastropub, however, because I know whatwas...was superior farm fresh food is now subpar equivalent to Long John Silvers. They don't even have proper condiments likeBBQ sauce anymore for the kiddos. Waitress was meh. On another note....I hear London Calling...???? and they have much betterfish n chips for half the price. I'd love to know what happened to the 5 star this once was!?! Read more

My sister and I came in for an early dinner. This was the best dining experience I could have ever had. We shared a scotch egg,... let me tell you: best egg ever. It was amazing and delicious. Then we shared a plate of fish and chips and the chickpea burger, both we very good! Only thing we didn't really care for was the fries, just not very crunchy, but well seasoned and had goodcolor. I think we just like crisper fries. Overall well worth every penny ???? definitely recommend. Read more

Talk about amazing food!!! My first time here, and cudos to the chef. The waitress Jenny was super friendly and checked on us... all the time. She even took the time to explain the foods we weren?t knowledgeable on and the craft beers. We will definitely beback every time we go to Springfield. Read more

We enjoyed our meals here. This earns 5 due to interesting menu and overall enjoyment of the food. Pros: *Blackened cod... sandwich was excellent, but a tiny bit messy to eat. *Scotch egg was a nice surprise to see on the menu. It was delicious, butcould have been just a little warmer. *Nice decor with an authentic English pub "cozy" towards the front. *Server was attentiveand proficient. *Local draft beer $2.50 for 12oz. Cons: *We sat near the bar section and tables are close together. *The roomwas slightly echoey and you can hear everyone's conversation which can get pretty loud. *Located in a strip mall shoppingcenter. *Steak French fries were average. *Butter chocolate chip cookie was a little hard and very crumbly.
