The service was lovely and the food was very flavorful but my steak was undercooked and I had to send it back. At a steakhouse?!... Very disappointing. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and the whole atmosphere was charming. This place is asteakhouse! And it’s not cheap! ($220 for 2 people) So when you order your steak cooked to a certain style and it comes outwrong… well that’s a huge issue for me. And your steak will be served on a single white plate. It the most boring and sadlittle plate you’ve ever seen. I think Flame could do so much better with their presentation. I hardly ever leave 3 starreviews but this was my first and last time to visit this restaurant. I saw other reviews mention how wonderful it is and howthey treat you like you’re the only customers… and I was so hoping for that experience but sadly it was not like that. Read more

Really great experience. We were seated in the downstairs Red Room lounge which had an incredible atmosphere and vibe. Food was... amazing. I was concerned because my delmonico steak was overcooked (I typically order medium rare), but the flavor was so onpoint I didn't even bother trying to replace. I wish I could give this place more stars. I am a chef and this was the best culinary experience of my life. Every single thing... was delicious. I literally said “this must be what heaven tastes like”. The atmosphere is very posh. We shared a steakdinner and the portions were perfect. The prices are so reasonable. Also, they served us like we were the only or their favoritecustomers. I will travel the hours to come back to this place again. Read more
Great atmosphere Not a lot of flavor on the calamari and mushroom at all but the steak was amazing. Fries we're great to.
We made a reservation and were seated quickly. Services was fairly good. Short wait in between ordering drinks and ordering the... meal. The atmosphere is pretty nice. There is an open kitchen area and the noise makes it hard to hear conversation at your owntable. The food was flavorful and elegant. The mojitos were also on point. Overall we had a nice experience. This place is amazing. The staff are professional and accommodating. I'd made reservations at another downtown establishment for... my son's 21st birthday, hoping for it to be memorable, and it was because the other place said they'd lost our reservation for8+ people, and the hostess wouldn't accommodate us. My son chose Flame, and I called and told them our situation, and our partyhad grown to ten. I knew it was a longshot, but they were so gracious. They told us to come in (we'd driven from out of town),and we had the most wonderful cocktails, appetizer platters and dinners. They are an exceptional establishment, well-run,well-staffed, and the food is more than amazing. Thank you for making our son's birthday better than we could ever haveimagined! Read more
