I haven't been in a Hooters restaurant since I was performing in Singapore in 1999; after I married my late wife in 2009, out of... respect, I never went into one again. She just passed away in May, and, while on business in Springfield, I thought it would benice to go someplace that was known for friendly faces, I sure could use it. I was hungry and stopped in to get something toeat, which was a delicious Philly cheesestake sandwich. Great food. Service was equally good ????, Kaitlyn was very nice. They need new management. The girls were great, a bit young but super sweet. The manager on the other hand, needs a manager... makeover. Those girls probably get treated in all kinds of ways that cause them to need a great manager where they feel safeand heard. This man was a joke!! Throwing pie, insulting the girls intelligence. Me and a friend went here close to closing and had the pleasure of being served by Court. She was a doll! She made... recommendations, she checked on us multiple times. It was closing and she did not rush us or seem irritated that we came in atthe time we did. We enjoyed hot, fresh food and a genuine smile. It was a great out of town experience. It pains me to say thatI DID NOT receive that often while visiting MO. So thank you! Read more

I ate dinner here with my family for my mom and stepfather's son's birthday, which was last Saturday. I had a great time here,... and our waitress Courtney served us great food, at a great restaurant in beautiful Bradford Park. We shared Chips and Queso foran appetizer. My main course was Hooters' Buffalo Chicken Tacos tossed in General Tso's sauce. You see, I like certain spicyfoods, and these chicken tacos were certainly among them! As a bonus, one of the commercials I saw from the televisions was apreview of the film "The Bad Guys," coming to theaters in just two weeks. I have really been looking forward to seeing thatmovie! Ain't nothing like sitting in a restaurant that only has about 15 people in it waiting for an hour on a waitress as five or six... waitresses walk around talking doing absolutely nothing. Their quality of food sucks as well as their customer service Read more
